NEW 2013 SUMMER LISTING! This unique property has a lot to offer for a wonderful vacation! A major renovation was completed last year giving way to a totally cool place to relax in peace or to entertain family and friends. Lots of windows allow you to enjoy the water views of Henson's Cove from the living area, galley kitchen and master bedroom. Sliding glass doors open up to 2 decks. A reading loft is a delight for kids!
3 bedrooms are on the first level: the master bedroom with 3/4 bath has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds - with a bottom double bed and top twin bed. Downstairs we have a suite which features a queen bed, den area with TV, full bath and laundry. Sliding glass doors open up to a patio overlooking the cove.
Throughout the house you'll love the expert craftsmanship and nautical feel!
Outdoor spaces are plentiful here! Enjoy the quiet of the frog pond or the separate deck at the edge of the cove. Our outdoor 'studio' provides the voracious reader with a private get-away. After a long day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower or a cool swim at nearby Crystal Lake.
In the evening, listen to the roar of the Atlantic from the deck while getting a glimpse of light from Nauset Lighthouse.
Situated close to Kent's Point Conservation Area and overlooking Henson's Cove, you will experience a part of Cape Cod's nature at its finest. This is a place your family will remember for years to come!

Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: We are Massachusetts natives who grew up vacationing on the Cape. New Hampshire is our year round residence now, though we get to the Cape every chance we get. We rented our previous Cape home for 6 years, resulting in a very happy clientele (testimonials available). In the summer we enjoy long days on Nauset Beach and boating along The River. We have many favorite places to go to share with you!
Why the Owner Chose Orleans:
It was love at first sight when we saw this property. With not much of a street view, we were delighted when we rounded the corner of the house and saw the water view and L-shaped layout of the house. The recent renovation brought this former artist's guest house to life, with a fun, nautical feel. Friends and family describe it as 'very cool.' We love it, and we're sure you will, too.
