Snow Meadow Lodge is located just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, across the street from the Jack Nicklaus designed Breckenridge Golf Course and the Nordic Ski Center. Just up the road you will find sleigh rides, snow mobile tours, cross country skiing and dog sledding in the winter as well as biking, hiking and fly-fishing in the summer. The house is within a 15-minute drive to Keystone and Copper Mountain.
The Main Level offers a warm and spacious Great Room with mountain views and a rock fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen along with the dining and breakfast rooms offer an open and inviting space to visit with family and friends. The main floor also hosts a Master Bedroom with a king bed, sitting area with fireplace, and French doors onto the deck. Just off of the Master Bedroom is an Office, which is a perfect place for a pack-n-play baby's room. The Master Bathroom offers double vanities/sinks, garden tub and a separate shower.
The Upper Level has two stairways for your convenience to 4 additional bedrooms: The upstairs Master has a king bed, fireplace and a private bathroom. Bedroom #3 offers another king bed, views and a full bathroom just outside of the bedroom door. Bedroom #4 offers a queen bed and Bedroom #5 offers a bunk bed that features a twin on top/queen on bottom with an additional queen trundle. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bathroom that includes a shower equipped with steam!
Off the kitchen is another stairway that will take you to a 600 + sq ft recreation room with a 60� big screen TV with surround sound, DVD library, CD Player, pool table and games for the whole family. For very large groups, especially with kids, the recreation room can also be used to sleep several additional people.
Snow Meadow Lodge sits on 1.7 acres and has a large, private and scenic backyard perfect for family reunions, corporate BBQs, small weddings or just for building the perfect snowman!

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $300 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

Our small family arrived for a mini-reunion in mid-October and we immediately felt "at home" when we walked through the door. This home is wonderfully furnished & decorated, has wonderful views of the mountains, it was clean and well-maintained and provided multiple gathering spaces. We played pool, played darts and enjoyed the hot tub under the stars while listening to coyotes howling & yipping in the mountain ridge. Our celebration dinner was at Briar Rose, with fabulous food & staff in a dining room with an aura of the 1800's. The elk medallions and creme brulee' were the best we've ever enjoyed! A local photographer, Thomas Zieba, captured family moments in downtown Breckinridge showcasing the natural beauty of Colorado. All of us agreed that we definitely would go back to the Snow Meadow Lodge and would highly recommend it. The Christie's from Michigan

Our family had a fantastic trip to Colorado over the summer. We loved the view and the gorgeous backyard. Cocktails on the deck every night while the kids ran around and played flashhlight tag. Beautiful home with a very nice mountain cottage feel. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Room for our large group to sit around the table for dinner. Tons of DVDs for kids and adults - large TV made it fun to watch movies. Very happy with our choice of vacation spots.

Perfect home for our family trip. We had 3 couples and 7 kids and there was plenty of room. Loved the game room upstairs where the kids could hang out and the adults could enjoy the view in peace. This home has a huge backyard with a nice view and the kids built snowmen and just ran around. We are going to rent again next summer. Kitchen was good, well stocked. Nice bedding and towels. The bathrooms are a little old but overall an amazing stay.
