Our condominium in Puerta del Mar offers a peaceful ocean and mountain view from our balcony. We offer a luxurious and spacious two bedroom two full bath condo with all the amenities of home. The condo is air-conditioned and decorated with contemporary décor with comfortable, clean, fresh bedrooms and baths. Our brand new condo located on the third (3rd) floor provides sleeping accommodations for five (5) comfortably; featuring a master bedroom with a king size bed and private master bathroom with vanity, full tub, shower and bidet. The second bedroom features a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a full tub, shower and vanity. The den/3rd bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa that accommodates sleeping for two comfortably. This is also the entertainment room which has a flat screen 42” LCD TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player, cable and Wi-Fi service provided. This condo comes with a new kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast bar that seats two and an adjacent open dining room with seating for six (6). We provide quality bed and bath linens and basic toiletries for guest use. Also provided are beach towels for use at either of the two complex pools or nearby beaches. Beach chairs and a small cooler are also provided for quick trips to the local beaches.
Puerta del Mar is a Mediterranean style residential/tourist development that sits three hundred feet up on a cliff overlooking Crash Boat Beach. This modern, privately gated community with controlled access and security features two (2) pools; an infinity pool with an ocean view; the second pool with a waterfall, perfect for lap swimming; and a children’s wading pool. From the infinity pool, it has spectacular seascape views of Crash Boat Beach and Desecheo Island. Witness one of the world’s best sunsets and enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens and palms. Adjacent to the infinity pool are outdoor showers, a gazebo with a BBQ and lounge chairs to sunbathe. A children’s playground and canopy spa beds are provided for quality time and outdoor relaxation.

My wife and I stayed at David and Betty's condo to visit family in Puerto Rico. We were blown away with the condo and the incredible experience David and Betty provided. The condo is bright and airy, incredibly decorated, and has amazing view of the ocean from the comfortable deck. The condo was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with all the amenities of home. If that isn't enough, the infinity pool is amazing; it overlooks Crashboat Beach with breathtaking views. If the condo itself wasn't enough, the welcome we received got our trip off to a great start. We arrived late in San Juan and got into Isabela later in the evening than we anticipated. The property manager Carlos was very accommodating and met us at the condo. He took the time to walk us around the condo and tell us about all the amenities included in the condo. Finally, he welcomed us to the condo on David and Betty's behalf with a gift and bottle of wine to help us unwind. We've stayed at several rentals on the island and had never been so excited to stay. The only bad part of our stay is that we couldn't stay longer. My wife and I agreed on our first night that we will be staying at David and Betty's whenever we travel to the island. It goes with out saying, but we would highly recommend this property. We're looking forward to our next stay!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

It was amazing our Spring Break vacation at Puerta Del Mar.The apartment and accommodations exceeded our expectations.Excellent treatment beautiful views, modern kitchen, comfortable rooms,really really nice!! The infinity pool was great my girls didn't want to leave.We really enjoy our stay the owners were so kind that they even had bogey boards for us.Crash Boats is 2minutes away and its great as well.Can't wait to plan our next visit Thank You!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were extremely delighted with our welcome and stay at Puerta Del Mar. The apartment was spotless! Linens were clean, fresh and apparently brand new. David and Betty did a wonderful job with the decor as well as the details on amenities. Everything you need is in the apartment. I don't usually recommend unless I strongly believe in my experience. If you want to stay in a very quiet, clean, warm, comfortable, safe place in Aguadilla. I highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was my first time renting a vacation property directly from an owner. My girlfriends had left up to me to do all the investigating since they had never been to P.R. and I had. The pictures and the description of this property seemed to perfect, so I was very apprehensive, because it was my responsibility to get it right. However, from my first conversation with the owner, I had a feeling that this place was exactly what He said it was. He had a very genuine way about him which set me at ease and I wasn't wrong. He was very helpful with the entire process. Even with directions from the airport to the Condominium complex. From the moment we walked into the apartment we were completely satisfied. It was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Every room was completely equipped. We all felt right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone. for nearby attractions: Camuy River Caves, Castillo Serralles in Ponce, Hacienda Buena Vista- Only working Coffee working plantation, In Ponce, Parque de Bombas. Oldest and most beautiful Fire House, also in Ponce. Old San Juan- El Morro, El Yunque Tropical Forest. Vieques Bobay- One of most bioluminescent bay in the world. Make sure you get a GPS because there are no street signs in most of the towns in P.R. We did not and we got lost a lot.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a lovely condo! It is furnished in an upscale artistic beach style fitting for this area to put you easily in vacation mode. The condo itself is located in a safe, quiet area that has a wonderful, private balcony with great views, yet there is easy access to get to the pool, playgrounds & parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owners have taken great care to make sure all the amenities are there to make your stay very comfortable. I had a great time exploring the area by car, visiting the Arecibo Observatory, relaxing by the beach & enjoying some local food at wonderful nearby restaurants. Having a small airport just minutes away is the way to go. I plan to come back here & enjoy this lovely part of Puerto Rico again & again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Puerta del Mar is one of the most modern residential developments in the area and has a resort look and feel. The spectacular infinity pool sunset views, modern amenities, our balcony ocean view, manicured gardens and friendly tourist atmosphere convinced us to purchase this property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
One of best benefits of our location is that it's just a five minute drive to Crash Boat Beach and ten minutes to the Aguadilla (BQN) airport. The people in Aguadilla are very friendly and are bilingual or speak some English. The atmosphere is so relaxing after a few days of the tropical breeze and sunshine you won't want to leave.
