There is a covered, screened in porch on this level as well, off the master bedroom/Den. On this level is a full kitchen and laundry room as well as a large den area with a flat screen TV over the fireplace
On the lower level there are 2 more BR (both kings), as well as another kitchen, a playroom with a ping pong table, and another den with another flat screen TV on the wall
The house also has a huge stone patio at the Lake level along with a floating dock to accommodate your boat

Beautiful home! We had my parents from Oregon with us for our stay at the house, they had never been to lake martin. They were truly taken away at the location and atmosphere of this home. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Thank You!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We own several busineeses in New Orleans, but have loved Lake Martin since 2005 when we evacuated from Katrina to Lake Martin to stay at a relatives lake House
Why the Owner Chose Dadeville:
We love the view form the upper deck, the lower deck, and love to watch the sun go down over the lake from the water level.
