Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach.
Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony. Cherry Grove is an excellent choice for your vacation where you will enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves.
Relax and enjoy your beach vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the fifth floor of a five-floor condominium unit. An elevator is provided for access. The oceanfront pool and outside showers are located just outside of the elevator. The unit sleeps eight and is central heated and cooled. A new red Lazyboy sleeper and love seat was purchased in 2012
We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience, and guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation. The unit was renovated to include tile in the den and bathrooms, carpet in the bedrooms, linens in all three bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, ceramic glass serface stove and dishwasher). Also Granite counter tops in kitchen and baths..
Ask anyone who has ever stayed on the oceanfront in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. Away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer.
We have set up our family owned condominium unit to provide you with all of the amenities of home. When you walk into the unit through an entrance hall, looking to your right, the entire front of the unit is the view of the beach and ocean. This is the scene for the kitchen and den as both face the front of the unit. In the den you are provided with a 32-inch HDTV for those of you who find relaxation in watching the ocean and your favorite show.
There is a loveseat and queen size pull-out couch – plenty of room for all of your guests. Books and DVDs are available for evening family entertainment. Just behind the den is a dining room table to seat 6 and 3 bar stools for others to pull up a chair at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen has granite counter tops amd everything you should need including a blender, coffee maker, wine glasses and other kitchen items just as in your own home. The most loved by our guests, the oceanfront, private balcony which provides a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Chairs and table are provided for your relaxation.
The unit sleeps eight. The master bedroom is carpeted and has a queen-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 23-inch HDTV is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area, and tub/shower.
The second bedroom is carpeted with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 23-inch television with cable is located in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower. The third bedroom is carpeted with twin beds . A 23-inch HDTV is located in the bedroom.The third bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower with access from the hall .

All the reviews are correct on this property. I think the units in this condo are a best kept secret in the Cherry Grove area. It's kind of hidden between some larger properties and may not receive the hype that they do, but this has everything you need. There's not a whole lot the building offers in the way of amenities, but it had everything we needed and the view was great. It was our first time staying right on the beach and it was worth it. The unit was reasonably clean and had most of the dishes and utensils we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little small, but you're at the beach what do you need a big bedroom for. Thanks to the owners for a great week. I highly recommend this place, but hope you are not booking when I am b/c we intend to go back!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

I will have to say this is the best place I have ever stayed. The owners are some of the nicest people. The rooms are so clean and well kept. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quite getaway. Very nice condo. Clean and nicely decorated. Mr. and Mrs. Hinson greeted us and made sure the condo was to our liking.Enjoyed the nice wide beach and being able to walk down to the inlet. Spent a great winter this year in this lovely ,well furnished and supplied condo.Gorgeous views comfortable beds and excellent location.the owners are friendly and helpful.I would recommend this property it was exactly as presented and very clean and comfortable.with a very nice pool .A wonderful place for a family vacation or a golf getaway or as with us a winter escape.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Just returned from a great week at NMB. We had a great time at The Sedgefield. The condo was as stated and was clean and well kept. It was in a great part of the beach that was quiet and family friendly. The owners live on the property and were very nice and responed to any question quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants a nice beach vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

This unit was just as described and perfect for our family. We typically go to coastal North Carolina and enjoy private beachfront homes on quite beaches. However, our children are gettting older and want more to do. Staying at your place gave us the best of both worlds! Even though we were there in peak season the beach or pool was never too crowded. We could relax all day or take on the endless amenities of the Myrtle Beach area. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

By far the BEST place we've ever rented for vacation. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, and made everything very easy. The location of this condo is excellent - private, direct ocean front views with easy access to the beach, and just a short walk to the end of Cherry Grove with a beautiful inlet and views. The condo is obviously well cared for and was spotless when we arrived, with the beds already made. All linens provided and were of high quality. The kitchen was very well equipped. We are sad to be leaving, but will be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

There are two Sedgefield buildings (nearly identical) a few blocks apart, this is the more southern of the two buildings. The location is primo for ample beach to stroll unobstructed for miles, on the ocean, but just a few blocks from the Cherry Grove boat ramp and nature preserve boardwalks. The pool is very well maintained year round, even my grandkids swam in it over Christmas break! (NOT heated!) We enjoyed wintering there for 4 months and having cookouts by the dunes on the gas and charcoal grills. The owners are extremely helpful and respectful of all their tenants, treating us more like family than renters! If one is coming to spend time on the beach, or play golf, or just do sight-seeing, this is the place to be. Minimal traffic, sidewalks, and ample parking all add to the high level of comfort we have enjoyed here. We also enjoy going out on the Casino boats and the many various types of restaurants in the local area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
