The outdoor fireplace is ideal for parties with friends and family on private beach. Adjacent guest beach bungalow is a part of your rental and you over look a mile of beautiful private beach . A sunfish sailboat along with Three kayaks included.This property is ideal for family reunions, there are tents provided and lots of room for campers as well.

                        DEAR CLAUDIA, WE ARE SO GLAD THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO ACCOMADATE US FOR OUR SUMMER ARRIVAL ,WE HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME LAST VACATION THAT THE KIDS WOULD HAVE BEEN SO DISSAPOINTED IF WE COULD NOT TAKE THEM THIS SUMMER THAT THEY EVEN MADE YOU A SPECIAL PRESENT AND CANNOT WAIT TO GIVE IT TO YOU THEMSELVES,WE LOOK FOWARD TO OUR ARRIVAL AND WILL CALL YOU BEFORE THEN, AGAIN THANKS SO MUCH .

                        my children loved this house more then ever, because the hostess was the best ,she has a wonderful personality and she does everything to make you happy,all of her family are IRISH and they cooked us a good old fashion clam boil and DAN SMITH came over and play some great irish music for all of my family,we are going again this year and cannot wait.

                        THIST was the best ever,we loved it and are going back again this year ,thank you so much claudia ,the kids loved your place so much ,they want to go back every year and espically fort phonix beach ,they espically loved all the walt disney pictures.
