Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a gated community with 24-hour security, located directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beach. The complex has 11 pools, shuffleboard, 4 tennis courts, and an 18-hole putt-putt golf course. One of the pools is directly behind our unit, and one that is right on the beach, with a clubhouse and beach cafe.
Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of everything, and is in walking distance to many restaurants, Publix, Wal-Mart, and attractions such as Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, go karts, arcades, and bowling. Pier Park is approx 4 miles away, and offers shopping, dinning and a 16 screen theater.
Our approx 1200 sq.ft. townhouse has two dedicated parking spaces at the front door (no waiting for elevators or long walks from parking garage). It has 2 bedrooms, each with their own full sized bath, king size bed and 32 inch flat screen TV’s. Full size washer and dryer located near the bedrooms for your convenience. Downstairs there is a half bath, a fully furnished living room that includes wireless Internet, a 46 inch flat screen and queen sized sofa bed. A dining area, and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are also downstairs. The unit has tile floors downstairs and in all bathrooms. Bedrooms are carpeted.
