The building have 24 hour security, an elevator that brings you to your duplex and a parking place indoors.
We offer the additionally the service of baby sitter, a guide tour for 1 day, one car plus one driver for the whole day, let us know what you need and we will try our best to please you.

Our duplex is located on the last top floor of the building (6 and 7) it´s fully equipped for 7 people, with everything you may need.

Thinking on your sleep quality during your holidays we have furnish the master bedroom with a King Size bed with superior quality sheets and a white feather duvet in a large bedroom. There is an intercom beside the bed above one nightstand that facilitates the communication with your guests and enables you to open the front door without getting up, besides on the nightstand is a telephone with free local calls, and international calls at a certain cost. The bedroom is also equipped with a Led TV of 32” with cable so you can enjoy watching a movie at night.

*We have a cottage with breath taking views of the valley of Cieneguilla (one hour from Lima), where you can get away from everything and have 2 days of total relaxation. The Living room is 200 sq. feet and the height of the ceiling is 16 feet. The condominium has a big pool, sauna, a tennis court, horses and lots of green area. We can include this rental to your package if you wish so.

The apartment is in a stellar location in a safe, quiet part of Miraflores, Lima. (I'd recommend Sophie restaurant around the corner!) And, Ariana was simply lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean, light and airy and a very pleasant place to stay. It was as it was described to be and the pictures were very helpful in making our decision to stay there. The location is great! We were able to walk to many of the places we went to and public transportation was nearby if we chose not to walk. It was great being so close to the ocean and good restaurants. We were two couples in our late sixties and we wondered about the stairs, but they were not a problem. owner went beyond being helpful. She was delightful and took care of our every need. We definitely recommend this property as a wonderful place to stay in Miraflores! I would actually rate this property as "very good" but the rating wasn't one of the options. I would recommend getting a tourist map of Miraflores because there is so much to do there. We found a little chocolate factory a few blocks from the property because it was on the tourist map and that was a "yummy" place to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lima. We felt completely safe in this location. It was peaceful and pleasant!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
