Ideally located 3 Bedroom / 2 bathroom beach house located 1 block from the beach. This house consists of exactly 1330 Square Feet and a wrap around outdoor deck with a grill and a fully furnished kitchen.
The master bedroom consists of one (1) queen bed, walk in closet, television and a shared bathroom to the living room. The washer and dryer are both on the 1st floor. The 2nd Floor contains two (2) rooms, the first room has one (1) queen bed and the second room contains two (2) twin beds. The 2nd Floor also contains a shared bathroom and shower. The open living room contains two (2) couches and a 32 inch TV and DVD player. One of the couches is a sleeper sofa.
Most importantly, bring your pets! We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a total weight of 50 pounds. A great place to stay and play while visiting Cherry Grove for families and students.

I bought this property because of its ideal location to Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach. I think N. Myrtle Beach is one of the best family beaches along the southeast and I spent many summers in the area. I have enjoyed this area and hope you can do the same.
