Newly built, gorgeous cottage set in a beautiful ½ acre private cedar treed lot. This cottage is a magical place for a family vacation to create lasting memories.
The cottage is located in Magna Bay, at the end of a cul-de-sac 200m along a flat road from a lovely sandy beach with own boat buoy.
This modern home offers 3bed and 2 bath accommodation that sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large walk in closet and private 4 piece ensuite with full size bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and third has a bunk bed with twin over full. The main bathroom includes a 4 piece suite with full bath.
The stylish kitchen includes four stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is also a separate laundry area with washer and dryer.
The living area has a beautiful vaulted pine ceiling with large windows to allow the natural light to pour in. A lovely gas stove and fireplace creates the focal point to the room and is wonderful to cozy up in front of in those chilly evenings.
This homes includes BBQ, wi-fi, satellite TV and x-box. It is also equipped with air conditioning to keep cool in those warm summer months.
Outside in the lovely property, there is a nice firepit area in the back for those summer nights to sit around making smores and gazing at the stars. The cottage also comes with a new 8 man hot tub for your enjoyment.
Magna Bay is a lovely area located approximately 33km off the trans-canada highway. There is a local store due to be opening in spring 2013 approximately 1km from the cottage. There is a boat rental store 1/2km away and a free public boat launch only 5minutes away. Popular Scotch Creek is only 20min by car which has amenities such as a family fun center with amusement arcade and miniature golf, pub, coffee shop and large grocery store.
Magna Bay is approximately 1hr 15min from Kamloops, 2hrs 30min from Kelowna, 5hrs from Vancouver and 7hrs from Calgary.
