  I spent the week in Unit 611 with my husband, our three daughters (16, 19, and 27 years old), one son-in-law and a future son-in-law. The condo accommodated our group perfectly.. There was plenty of room to spend time together watching movies or playing games together in the evening, as well as having plenty of room to spread out and read and enjoy a cup of coffee on the large balcony. The condo was lovely, clean, and safe, since we all have bad allergies we really appreciated the tile floors throughout. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and even more than what we'd expected. The location was absolutely gorgeous! The ocean view was spectacular -- I really miss the sound of the waves! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Cocoa Beach. I hope to stay in Unit 611 again and highly recommend it for any occasion. Jill was great to work with, easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout the whole process.

  Six of us stayed at Sandcastles Unit 611 for a week in early May, first time there. We, including myself, daughter and her fiancee, son and his wife and their 2 year old girl, had a really good time. The accommodations and amenities were great, clean, neat, and supplied with all you need and all you do is buy some food unless you want to eat out all the time. The location was perfect for us -- we wanted the closest place to Disney that was beautiful and with a balcony and right on the beach. Jill was a pleasure to work with, she took care of everything and always responded quickly and made herself available if you needed anything. Jill took care of all the paperwork, provided all information about the property and area, answered all questions, had recommendations for whatever we asked or needed, etc. In addition to the beach the pool was also great and so refreshing as was the entire condo complex and ground, well-maintained and landscaped. I would come back again and highly recommend this place and particularly doing business with Jill.

  We had a great time at Cocoa Beach. It was a nice change from our usual vacation on Clearwater Beach. We loved the waves, the tennis courts, the pool and the hot tub. We even rented a surfboard and a beach bike nearby! Our "crew" consisted of a couple of kids (10 & 13 years old), a couple of moms, and even the Grandparents (70+). Everyone found something to do. We especially liked the game table for family game nights. The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, great amenities, friendly people, and a GORGEOUS VIEW! The condo is close enough to the pier to be near the action, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, but not too close to be over-crowded. We also found an awesome little zoo nearby as well as go-carts, mini-golf, etc. Anyone considering this condo can feel confident that it will be a great experience. Jill answered all our questions, was easy to contact, and made the whole process a piece of cake. We would definitely stay here again!

  this condo was absolutely the best! we stayed november 18-23. jill was great to work with and very pleasant. the condo had everything we needed and then some. spectacular views from the huge balcony was so relaxing. the unit is also very quiete and private! thanks again for a great stay at a great place.

  Jills condo 611 is a beautiful and clean unit.I along with my wife,2 adult children,son in law and 2 grandchildren stayed in this unit from June 13,2009 through June 19,2009 everyone of us really enjoyed the stay.The kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach.We will be staying in this unit again.Thanks again Jill,I will be talking to you soon.   We spent the week of July 4th at the condo and it was everything you said it would be. The view was spectacular and the accomodations were excellent. We normally cruise, but after staying here, we are seriously considering trying a week at the beach again next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay and hospitality. Hope to see you next year!   We stayed the week of 6/20/2009. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The view from was as advertised, wonderful. The condo is much bigger than other units at Sandcastle as most are only 2/2, and the other units all have smaller balconies that look only one direction down the beach. We had three children with us 8,10, and 16. We had plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. I would rent this unit again.

  My Husband and I, along with our 9 month old daughter, stayed in unit 711 during the week of 04/11/08. The condo was immaculate and had the most amazing view, which was appreciated especially during times when we had to be inside for naps etc. Thanks Jill, for making our first family vacation such a wonderful and relaxing experience.   Thank you Jill for a wonderful two week vacation in your lovely condo. It was clean and everything you promised was available. I greatly appreciated the free long distance service to Canada that you acquired for me so that I could speak with my mother who is in a nursing home.   Jill's condo is absolutely beautiful. I have stayed in many condominiums but none compare! The color scheme and decorations are awesome! The kitchens would be a cook's dream...eventhough I don't cook....I loved it! Jill will definitely be the first person I contact should I travel to the Cocoa Beach area in the future!!

  My husband and I, along with our girls from Pennsylvania (who were on spring break), stayed at Jill's condo the first week of March; we had a wonderful vacation. Our favorite time was eating breakfast every morning on the deck watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean. The girls enjoyed the beach, while we enjoyed relaxing on the deck (plus a little beach time). The condo was clean, bright, and roomy; all we had to do was stock it with food. We were sad to leave, but will definitely return for another vacation. Thank you Jill for a very relaxing vacation.

  Our family of 5 stayed in unit 611 at Sandcastles for 7 days. This was our first time staying in Cocoa Beach. We loved the accomodations. The condo is very spacious and clean. We felt very much at home. Our 3 children even seemed to be right at home. This was the second time our family chose a vacation rental, and we were very pleased with the value. Thank you Jill!!

  I am not easy to please and i do not like wasting money, so when we walked into unit 611 i can safely say that i was very pleased and knew that my money was going to be well spent. The unit was spacious and clean. And we are not talking oceanview here, we are talking oceanfront. The balcony IS PRIVATE what a relief that was for me. Jill does not stretch the truth. The building is also well maintained by the staff. The pool is clean and attended to daily. It is a quiet place with respectful people also renting. You get a clean, secure building on a great beach at a fair price. It was an actual vacation for a change. We will be back for sure. Thank you Jill.

  Comment Text: Our vacation at Jill's Condo was wonderful! It was beautiful to spend mornings, afternoons & evenings listening to the ocean on the beachfront balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated, the kitchen well stocked (spices, coffee, filters etc) and the available beachgear was not only convenient, but helped make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Thank you Jill for all of the thoughtful extras...we'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

  Cocoa Beach and #611 is the spot for the ultimate vacation. The pictures on the web-site do not do the apartment and location justice. The Beach is phenomenal and all the supplies ensure a great day on the beach. All of the other ammenties were also excellent. Our kids did not want to leave. We promised them we would return with Grandma & Granddad as soon as we can. The Van Halen and Walsh family.

  May10-17 our visit here was the best. We brought our whole family down to vacation and WOW, Jill knows how to treat her guests!   Jill is fabulous, she took care of everything. The accommodations are outstanding and the pictures on the website are just what you a getting. The inside rooms were great but the 43' deck is worth more than words can express. Very quiet building, no one disturbed you. It was especially nice that this unit has both East and South facing oceanfront balconies so that when the wind came off the ocean, we could take "refuge" on the South balcony! Thank you.

  Our stay in the condo was a good one. The location was very good, the view was beautiful and the area was well maintained. The sound of the waves put us all at ease and very relaxed. The balcony was used everyday as we sat and drank our coffee or sipped on a coctail. The beach was very clean and was easy to walk on. My sons loved the surround sound in the large living room (which was very spacious). We had a lot of elbow room. We loved the kitchen because it was user friendly and had everything available for our use. It was a plus to have coffee and cream at hand and all the spices we could possibly use. The location was close enough to Disney and the Space Center which we visited on our trip. We definitely enjoyed our time at Jill's condo.

  This condo is better in reality than in photos. The photos certainly give a glimpse of this extraordinary condo. It is full of everything you could want to enjoy your vacation in Cocoa Beach. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the huge balcony with my laptop computer, surfing the internet through the wireless broadband that is provided, while enjoying a breath-taking view of the beach. I think I spent more time on the balcony than anywhere else during my stay. I loved the condo and the furnishings...the ceramic tile floors made it feel cool and clean - and with my asthma, the fact that there were no carpets made for a allergy-reduced stay...and, the beds were so comfortable with very fresh linens and soft pillows. I'd like to say that the process for securing my reservation was quick and easy. One email and one phone call and my vacation was reserved, paid for, and confirmed. And, the follow ups from Jill with arrival instructions and her always being available 24/7 to answer my questions....like the best place to eat, and local activties or events....was a very pleasant experience. While in Cocoa Beach, you should check out Yen-Yens, and Fish Lips...very good food. Thank you Jill for such a great experience!

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We watched the sun rise, dolphins swim and the rocket launch from Cape Kennedy, what a magnificent site.   In November of 2006, We syated at Jills Sandcastle Condo on the 6th Floor. What a great place. The decor was beautiful and very clean and spacious. We also had some of my inlaws stay with us from NJ who also thought it was truly gorgeous. Great location, great waves, we spent alot of time out on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Jill was very accomidating in every way, and when we are back in Cocoa we will be sure to book this condo again. Enjoy your stay. We Sure Did !!!!

  I saw this condo on the internet and when I kept shopping I kept going back to this one. And I am so glad I did. This condo is ABSOLTELY beautiful in every way. Jill's attention to detail is impeccable and her decorating is very upscale and I feel as if I am in a first class hotel with all the amenities.   Dear Jill, I'm sorry this is late in coming, butI wanted to thank you once again for all that you did to make our vacation wonderful!! The kids are back in school and I finally caught a break. Your condo is absoultely gorgeous!! It was the perfect size for our family. The boys slept in one room the girls in the other and my husband and I loved the master with the gorgeous view from its door to the balcony. My husband also appreciated the wireless internet. He was able to keep tabs with work and the world. Its location was perfect to everything. We were able to drive to Disney two different days and not feel exhausted from the drive. We also found in one of your kitchen drawers a brochure for a fishing adventure. Because of the varied ages of our kids the company did eco/fishing trip on the Banana River for us. Our family was able to pet the manatees that came up to the boat, catch and release some cool fish and collect shells. One of your neighbors on a different floor gave us suggestions for dinner (GRILLS). I really appreciate your daughter letting us get ready and head out to the beach. She was so sweet. I am sure you are very proud of her. Having the beach gear in the condo was an added benefit. The kids had everything they could think of to play with!!   Our family has spent a week in Cocoa Beach for the last four years. This was by far the most enjoyable of the four years and the incredible accomodations had much to do with adding to our enjoyment. The beach access, great swimming pool and hot tub, incredible wrap-around balcony, awesome kitchen and fantastic living space make this the perfect vacation condo! All the extras that you provide, from towels, beach items and laundry detergent to shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls and Q-tips in the bathrooms, make the stay even more special and complete.   My husband and I were suppose to be able to enjoy a week of pure luxury and fellowship with our son who recently moved to the Cocoa Beach area, however, due to sickness in my family our son and daughter in law went in our place. They called daily to tell us what an AWESOME place they were staying. Everything was PERFECT. They found it to be so very clean, spacious and absolutely like home. We are planning to make this our yearly place when visiting our son and daughterin law for future trips. Jill was absolutely wonderful to work with. Even followed up with an email wishing the best for my sick mother. What more could you want from a vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to ANYONE. We'll be back!

  We have stayed in many condos in Florida over the years and this was by far the best. Instead of being greeted by notes from owners regarding what we could NOT use, could NOT touch, or could NOT do, Ms. Bavetta greeted us with a box of chocolates and a welcome note. We felt as if we were "coming home" and that smeone really cared about us. The breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from the wrap around balcony and master bedroom was awsome. We enjoyed the many amenities including terry robes for all, complimentary shampoos and conditioners, plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels, a game table with cards and several fun games, gourmet coffee as well as complimentary detergents for both the dishwasher and chothes washer. The kitchen had every conceivable utinsel we could have asked for. All the appliances worked perfectly so our only job was to relax and enjoy the luxurious vacation home. We are grateful to Jill Bavetta for this beautiful condo and for helping to make our vacation perfect. We will have many beautiful memories of this fabulous place.
