Why go to a hotel or rent a condo when you can have the luxury and privacy of a home. Renting a 1700 Sq. Ft. 2 ensuite bedroom Guest House (2-1/2 bath) with an option for a 3rd ensuite bedroom by renting the attached Casita. Guest House and Casita are part of a private 5000 sqft family estate.
Main home never rented and owner onsite at main house only occasionally.
Chefs kitchen with Granite, Stainless steel, top of the line appliances with double oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast room.
Private gas BBQ for your grilling needs
Living room has 55 hd tv wfi and music throughout the house with individual room speaker control. Just plug in your iPhone into the house receiver. All rooms have speakers, including bathrooms.
The home has Ceramic tile floors throughout.
Down the hall you find the two Master Suites with showers and the master having a Spa waterjet, heated spa tub for relaxing.
Each suite has a queen bed , and walk in California closets .
There is also a half bath off the great room for your guests.
There is a laundry room with large front loader machines .
There are ceiling fans throughout the home.
The large master bedroom also has great views of the pool and spa as does the Great room. Mountain views visible from front French-doors/patio.
Guest's of the Guest House may opt to also rent the Casita as a third bedroom to accommodate 2 more Guest's (Queen bed ensuite bedroom). The Casita is not rented as a standalone to others and is only offered as an optional bedroom for Guest's of the Guest House. Casita rental brings total sleeping capacity to 6 persons.
The shared back yard is an oasis in the desert and the focal point of the property with its pool and spa. (Owners will leave you to your privacy when rented)
The pool/spa is saltwater (amazing) and has a pebbletech bottom. Renter may take advantage of spa and pool although pool is unheated. (You may opt for a heated pool at a $525 mo fee),
The rear courtyard is surrounded by Orange, Lemon, and Lime trees. Relax in the rear courtyard which boasts a 6 six person hot tub with a water fall that flows into the saltwater pool.
There also is a large sitting area under an Italianate, columned Pergola, next to a large Koi pond with another relaxing waterfall. Sit, read and relax
Guest House also has a one car garage and a private gated front entrance
Individuals interested in renting the Guest House/Casita must be at least 30 years old or older in order to sign Rental Agreement and as Guest responsible for payment of rental.
Concierge services offered: restaurant and cocktail bar reservations at the best in the Desert. For those day trips you plan to Los Angeles or San Diego, restaurant and cocktail bar recommendations and reservations ( for the highest rated restaurants and cocktail bars) are available.

$100 per night (Casita is not rented as a standalone unit. Only rented to Guest House renter as optional additional bedroom for entire length of stay).

Payment - PayPal & direct deposit accepted (no fee for VRBO direct deposit),2 1/2 % for Visa , Master Card
20% due at time of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations incur non-refundable fee = 10% of total charges. Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Any monies paid prior to 60 day period will be refunded (less 10% cancel fee) or credited

About the owner: Originally from Chicago I have always loved the desert. Still having a home there I am in the restaurant business, An avid Foodie I dine out often and work wise i am a Mixologist at one of Chicagolands exceptional restaurants. I have enjoyed the restaurant scene here in the desert. I have many recommendations. I enjoy golf,Tennis, Hiking, and mountain Biking which Is why I love the desert It's all close!I workout daily and keep in shape which it isn't hard to do in the desert.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We built this home in 2008 to get away from the cold
and spared no expense and truly wish others to enjoy it and the Rancho Lifestyle. Its an amazing relaxing property with all the amenities of the desert.
