Superb gulf and beach views from the upstairs unit, Each apartment has two bedrooms, a full kitchen and laundry area and are fully furnished and completely separate from each other with no adjoining doors. Great for couples or larger groups. Very clean and well maintained.
The which sandy beach is directly across Gulf Drive and around 100 yards from the community boat dock on the bay. You can watch the sun set from your living room or on the deck.

My father and I have rented both the upstairs and the downstairs unit many times over the years at Christmas and during the summer. We have returned at least 7 times. Everytime we have had a pleasant experience. The view from the upstairs deck is Priceless. Any problems that have come up have been handled quickly and professionally. My father an I love the location just across the street from the beach and with in walking distance From all the shops. Review submitted: March 25, 2012 Date of arrival: February 1, 2012 Downstairs Unit Just got back from our Bradenton Beach stay. Location, location, location! We are avid walkers and loved the walk to Longboat Pass—and to the many restaurants nearby. Even liked the unique miniature golf course on Historic Bridge St. We treated our rental as our home.
