Centrally located, it is steps away from the Kings Shops and a short stroll to the beach and the superb grounds and art of the Hilton Waikoloa. The new Beach condos are actually farther from the Beach than Fairway Villas. The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a considerable way from the beach and Kings Shops, probably too far to walk.
