A beautiful oceanfront apartment in this popular residential resort features a wall of windows and sliding doors which open up to a balcony facing the Caribbean sea. You can have your meals al fresco while you enjoy the sounds of the waves, warm tropical breezes and the colors of the Caribbean. Outside your door is a 60 foot pool perfect for laps equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. A brief 100 yard stroll along the sea takes you to Sandy Hill Bay, a lovely white sandy crescent where you can swim and snorkel in warm shallow waters perfect for all ages.
The apartment is over 1200 square feet of homey comfort decorated in a colorful beachy style, that is a bit whimsical and eclectic. It features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bath, a second bedroom has a full size bed and a convertible chair which opens into a single bed.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and easy chairs where you can relax and watch cable tv proramming on a large flat screen tv. Broadband wifi internet service and HD cable tv is included.
If you chose to have your meals at home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is a supermarket nearby open 7 days a week. When you want to dine out there is bountiful collection of restaurants, from beach shacks serving local cuisine to the full star resort dining experience, all within a short drive of our complex.
Shoal Bay East, Anguilla's most popular beach, is just five minutes away. Here you can enjoy the powder white sand beaches the island is famous for. You may rent a kayak and paddle out to the reef to visit the fishes, or rent a boat and visit the out islands fringing Anguilla. There are also beach bars where you can sip a rum punch, listen to live music performed by local bands and dance away barefoot in the sand.

About the owner: When we are not in Anguilla, we live in Orange County New York. Now that we are retired we spend our time traveling in the Caribbean and Europe. A former restaurateur and a retired TV news producer, we enjoy our home in Anguilla with our friends and our daughter. We also enjoy sharing it with others and like to make it available to renters when possible.

The view of the sea and sky made us fall in love with this apartment. From the early morning sunrises to the rainbows that form over the water during those brief Anguillian rain showers to the moon rising over the water, we are always happy to sit on our balcony and observe the beauty that surrounds us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We chose Anguilla simply because it has the most spectacular beaches in the Caribbean, if not the world. The island is small and devided into different areas or villages. We are located in Sandy Hill Village in the eastern part of the island. The location is ideal for us because it is a bit removed from the more touristy parts of the island yet close to beaches many in their natural state with no development. We are also close to supermarkets and restaurants making our location very convenient.
