Year Purchased: 1996
About the owner: Retired to Florida in 1996. Enjoyed this wonderful condo for 16 years, fishing, boating or golfing nearly every day. Now living on a golf course but can't bear to part with this great location and condo.
Why the Owner Chose Casa Marina:
Just a short walk to the beach, and the water is just outside my door. Fabulous restaurants within a block or 2. Or, take the Trolley to Times Square at downtown Ft Myers Beach for a delightful afternoon and/or evening. I still keep my boat at this condo, but am honing my golf game nowadays!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Just relaxing on the lanai, overlooking the water while sipping a lemonade in the late afternoon breeze is pure heaven! I've just blown out a wall in the kitchen to open it to the LR and DR and be able to enjoy the views while preparing dinner or visiting w/ guests while in the kitchen. New granite countertops and recessed lighting in the kitchen makes it even more pleasant
