I can't say enough great things about this property. My husband and I stayed there without our two year old. It's location in south beach is a bit off from the hustle and bustle, giving you access to all of the night life without the craziness. The beach chairs and pool chairs are very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was helpful from giving me tips on better places to shop (check out just up the street--Atrium) and eat (their own breakfast was out of this world--but be hungry!!). All services and the brunch (ah! arrive early and enjoy!) were far superior than I expected. I stay vrbo domestically and internationally for the last five years and I have to say that Firat's apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Modern, clean, easy to get in and out. Oh, and did I mention the Bass Museum is right around the corner. Go when there is an art party or happy hour. Fantastic! I have to say two other things: 1) if you bring a small child to the unit, just block the entry way to the balcony with chairs and keep chairs away from glassed fencing. Although it is probably up to code, still really scary to be out there w a little one; 2) I am usually very cautious about renting online and even tho vrbo does a good job vetting their owner units, I still feel like I need to be private eye and make sure that I am not getting a bait-and-switch. I was a bit weary of renting this unit because Firat is in Istanbul and you have to wire money to him to his bank here in the states. But never fear: you can google his business, speak with his Miami banker and verify other aspects of his legitimacy. He was very professional and prompt in his responses. If you need anything while you are in the unit, he has connections in the building and in Miami to help you. He is a very, very responsive person. Although I enjoy nightlife, I need to have my quiet time to recharge. This luxury apartment made staying on South Beach a fun and sane experience and Firat made the stay even better!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Our second visit to this condo but our first with the new owner. From start to finish, all arrangements were easy, clear, and reasonable. The condo itself is ideal for us, great location, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The Setai is a five star location and this condo is five stars as well. Everything we needed--and more--was on hand and in great condition. Staying at The Setai is a pampered and exceptionally luxurious experience. The beach, and the service at the beach, are amazing. The restaurant is impeccable. The spa is wonderful and the gym, while pretty basic and small, works just fine. We love The Setai and will stay a third time as soon as we figure out the dates. From our perspective, thisis the perfect condo in the perfect setting.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We always love our stays at the Setai and this time was even better in this gorgeous Condo. It's the perfect vacation! The Condo is beautiful& has a very good size balcony over looking the beach. The bed is comfortable and Condo still feels brand new. The location for getting around South Beach& to Lincoln Road is excellent. Can't wait for our next getaway to Setai& will definitely be renting this amazing Condo again. The owner was quick with email responses and made sure we were well taken care of upon our arrival.
