This beautiful house is located on Pleasant Lake with direct access. Pleasant Lake is located four miles north of Cadillac, and is a great location that is close to many fun and exciting adventures. The house is beautifully furnished with a full kitchen, one-half bath off of the kitchen, dining, master bedroom and bath, two bedrooms upstairs, upstairs bath, and office/loft overlooking the living area.
There is a deck with grill and swing, and deck furniture, plus a two car garage. There is plenty of room to run, play games, have campfires while enjoying the beautiful view. Great sunsets while grilling and relaxing on the deck.
The Cadillac area is known for a variety of exciting things to do. Pleasant Lake and many other Lakes, streams and rivers, provide swimming, fishing, boating, floating, canoeing, and kayaking to name a few. For the fishing enthusiasts Pleasant Lake is a great fishing lake home to Large and Small Mouth Bass, Blue gills, Pike, Sun Fish and more. The Tippee Dam is well known for the steelhead and Lake Trout (thirty minutes).
Our home is also located close to over ten thousand acres of State and Federal land available for hunting, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing.The house is close to Cadillac where there are numerous cafes and restaurants, friendly shops within walking distance to the city park and dock, where there is a six mile bike path winding around Lake Cadillac. Lake Cadillac is connected to Lake Mitchell with a unique and navigable canal.
There are public beaches, parks, cool play areas, frisbee golf, hiking on nature trails at the Johnson Fish and Game Center, or animal watching at Johnny's Fish and Game Park. Whatever you choose to do we are sure your vacation will be a success with information available on whatever you are interested in. This is the spot to be!
