Great overall stay
Great overall stay
This was the perfect spot for us to stay at during our 2-week stay in Houston. In a great area with easy access to shopping and restaurants, all walking distance. I used to live in Houston and this is by far one of the nicest complexes I have seen. Pool and common areas are beautiful. What I really liked is that it was easy to get to other areas of interest (i.e. Galleria, downtown), but since its located by the beltway, traffic wasn't bad at all (opposed to staying in the Galleria area - traffic is a nightmare!). The owner and property manager were excellent and easy to contact. I will definitely stay here again! Oh also, we brought our 6-month old on the trip and the area was very baby friendly, and I liked that the condo is located on the main floor, easy with a car seat and stroller!

Ideal location, would stay in condo again. Very nice and clean. Walk out to shops and nice restaurants.

Must contact appointed Property Manager for any and all inquiries regarding the rental property - NOT the front desk of the property! If you contact the front desk of the property or any staff of the property regarding servicing or leasing of the condo it qualifies as immediate forfeit of deposit. The Property Manager contact information, inclusive of name and cell phone number, will be sent to you within 3 days of your scheduled stay. Tenant is responsible for all damages or loss of property. An initial $200 deposit is required, if damage exceeds $200, the Tenant is required to make full payment immediately for any additional charges for complete replacement or repair. Must provide a copy of a valid passport or drivers license prior to check-in. Must adhere to check-in and check-out appointment schedule mutually agreed upon between you and the Property Manger in order to qualify for full deposit return. If the Tenant is greater than 30 minutes late for scheduled Check-In and Check-Out, which shall be confirmed via email or text, the Tenant shall be charged an additional $50.00 to be withdrawn from deposit for every 30 minutes of being late. All minutes will be rounded to the nearest half hour meaing 16 minutes late is to be rounded up. The Tenant will be allowed flexibility to change Check-In time but it must be confirmed first in writing or text with the Property Manager. No refund of first payment if Cancellation is not at least 15 days prior to Check-In. No refund of first payment and subsequent cancellation of reservation shall occur if you fail to make second payment prior to or within 10 days of Check-In date.
