Seaview Villa A-302 is a spacious, newly decorated, three bedroom and three bathroom Condo that is perfect for a family or couples getaway. This community offers gated security and a private swimming pool for you and your loved ones to enjoy when you are not at the beach. The private beach for Seaview guests is a five minute walk from your condo.
This is a newly decorated and spacious condo that offers something for the whole family! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a 32” TV. The gorgeous and exceptionally lage master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and a 24” TV mounted on the wall for ideal comfort. Finally, the bunkroom is across the hall from the guest room and is perfect for children but also comfortable enough for any age! Each room also has its own bathroom making it convenient and easy for the whole family.
Down the hall from the bedrooms are the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to use, with marble countertops and an island seating area that make it an enjoyable place for meals before you head to the beach!
The dining room table comfortably seats eight guests for dining in, after spending the day by the pool or out on the gulf!
The living room is beautifully decorated and designed around the gorgeous fire place and 42” TV. It’s a perfect place for family gatherings or taking a nap after a long day out on the beach. The living room leads out to the balcony where you will find newly furnished chairs, couches, and tables to enjoy while overlooking the pool.

We enjoyed our vacation at Five Tales. The condo was perfect and nicely decorated. The beds were heavenly and we appreciated having plenty of towels, beach towels, laundry soap, etc. The condo was supplied with sufficient cooking items which was nice because we ate breakfast, lunch and a few dinners in. The beach is so nice and just a short walk away. We love staying in Seagrove because it is easy to get to all neighboring communities like Seaside, and Watercolor but yet it is out of the craziness. The only thing I could add for suggestions would be a chaise type piece of furniture on back porch and another unit we stayed in last year had a wagon type thing that is made for carrying stuff to the beach. It was really handy for that trek to the beach. Five Tales was great and we would definiantly stay there again and recommend to others.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This condo was absolutely AMAZING! Not only is it in a wonderful location but it is beyond beautiful!!!! It is decorated so nice and allows you to have a home away from home for any amount of time you stay. It was extremely clean and in perfect condition!!! The condo is within a short walk to the beach and to many delicious resturants. It is also a short bike ride away from Seaside and all the shopping you could want to do! I would highly recommend this condo to any and ALL friends and family and have shared it on my facebook page for many to see. If you choose to stay here you will NOT be disappointed!! This would be ideal for girls weekend, family, couple, friends, etc.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
