This three beedroom all suite villa has 4 AC units to keep you nice and comfortable. A 42' LCD Sony television is located in the livingroom and two 32' LED televisions are located in the two upstair suites. All televisions have International satellite TV programming packages. The two upstair bedrooms have extra king size beds measuring 2 meters x 2 meters and the downstairs suite has a standard king. One master suite upstairs features a bath tub/shower combo and the two other master suites features very large walk in showers. A very large relaxing pool 8 meters X 4 meters compliments this villa as well as nice padded gazebo. This villa is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Everything was lovely and new. The villa was nicer than most I've stayed at in Bali and the location was outstanding. I liked the fact that the entire villa is air conditioned so you can truly relax and escape the heat while relaxing in comfort when you are inside the villa. The villa was really clean, I liked that. The pool was great and gazebo was nice to relax in while the children enjoyed the pool. Walking distance to the beach and very close to many of the restaurants and night life of Seminyak. We will be back for sure! I miss it already!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great Villa, Great location, central to everything, and within walking distance to so much including the 15 min walk to the beach. Everything was brand new and the loved the Extra King Sized beds and. Would stay here again!!! AAA+++Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: I first visited Bali in 1993 and have returned many times a year over the last decade. While the Island has seen many changes over the years the feeling you get when you arrive in Bali has not.
Why the Owner Chose Seminyak:
This is a brand new villa without any issues, and without any doctored photos like many of others on here. This villa is very clean and without any issues. The location of this villa is great it's in the heart of Seminyak less than a 15 minute walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the many shops and great restaurants in the area.
