Bright, cheerful and clean, this roomy 2nd floor studio was the perfect place for us to beat the high cost of vacationing in T & C. Close to amazing local beaches (2 min. by car) and not far from Grace Bay, it was also a perfect retreat after full days of exploring Provo and other Islands. Mornings we enjoyed sunrise from the deck. At night we relaxed and star gazed in the wonderfully clear night sky. The proprietress was friendly, discrete and very helpful in getting us aquainted with the area. She met us at the airport and gave us a head start about local features (like Thursday's Fish Fry @ Bight Park) and how to get around. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit. (one suggestion - expanding/upgrading cookware a bit would be useful.)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Eva's View and loved our stay. We are not "resort" people, so the thought of having the flexibility by staying elsewhere was very appealing. When we got to TCI, we saw we had made the right choice--this place is relaxing, well appointed, and feels like a home away from home. The whole island is extremely driveable, and nothing is far. The recommendation from Deedee to use KK&Ts auto rental was spot on--they provided excellent service and were affordable. We miss the view from the Eva's View deck, where we enjoyed many a tropical rum drink! Eva's view was perfect, Deadria, more than the property manager, she's a tour guide, a friend. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It is a really quiet place with all you need to feel at home, in this tropical paradise. Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. In addition, if this is not the cheapest place to stay in Provo, it's close. Thank you Deadria for all your help and kindness!!! You definetly need a rental car to get around Provo. Btw the best beach I ever saw in my life is really close. Remember this name when you'll look at Provo's map: emerald point. Although I have traveled all over the Caribbean, it was my first time in TCI and liked it so much that I'm thinking of retiring there. Deadria, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. She met me a the airport and I followed her in my rental car while she showed me places that might be of interest to me, after asking about what I would like to do on the island. We arrived at her villa about 20 minutes later, and I was not disappointed! The very spacious studio had all the amenities one would need for an entire winter vacation, so my one week stay was very comfortable indeed. Every time I had a question Deadria was there with an answer - and a great big hug on the day I left. The villa is a 2 minute drive to some nice public beaches on the south shore, and about a 7 minute drive to the most beautiful Pelican beach. Grace Bay, the busy beach and shopping area is only a 10 minute drive. The kitchen would allow you to eat in if so desired, but I ate out a few nights. The accommodations at Evas View is really everything thought of and excellently done. Definitely a great location for anyone looking to spend an extended stay in TCI. Deadria, is truly a great source of history with a honest local point of view. About the owner: Thank you for choosing Eva's View Villa. I am an island girl to the bone. I was born in Nassau, The Bahamas, and my parents moved back to Turks & Caicos when I was 5 years old. I grew up in Providences and lived between the Bahamas in the Caicos Islands for the majority of my life. I love everything island life has to offer! The culture, the sweet tropical sea breeze, the 365 day summer feel, the beautiful by nature beaches with its crystal clear soft milky white sand, the native food, the people... There is no place like it!

I want visitors who choose Eva's View to experience the island life as I have all these years... It is more than just seeing the island.
