We are located on the east side of the lake which offers some of the most spectacular sunsets in the region. A100'x8' dock is located on the property with exclusive use. There is over 100' of available beach gravel shoreline with exclusive use. To the north is Indian Creek which separates the neighbor's property with the house being 400' away. No house to the south but borders a small yard and beach with privacy fence.
