This exquisite farmhouse, just recently restored to the highest standards of renovation and design, is surrounded by the verdant hills of umbria, and overlooks the charming medieval town of todi.
Equipped with all modern conveniences, including satellite tvs, wi-fi throughout the property, and ipod docking stations, 'i tre falchi' is the ideal place for groups and families looking to relax and enjoy time away from their hectic life. For added privacy or to accommodate extended families, the independent cottage next to the villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and the living room with fireplace.
A large infinity swimming pool, equipped with several sun loungers and a covered pergola, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool house features a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, wine refrigerator, and induction cooktop. Adjacent to it is the dressing room plus bathroom with shower. An additional solar powered shower is located outdoors near the pool. The travertine steps into the pool offer whirlpool jets for bubble fun.
For those seeking additional bubbles, there's a jacuzzi hot tub just few steps off the pool, with breathtaking valley and todi views.

Basement: the gym room offers a concept 2 rowing machine, versaclimber, a spinning bike, and a ballet barre. Laundry room with large capacity washing machine and dryer, plus garment steamer.

The former stable is now the living room with a large fireplace and various seating areas.
The hallway connecting the kitchen to the entrance and living room provides closets for storage needs.

About the owner: Living in New York, escaping to Umbria has become essential for our family. We have been vacationing in Umbria for years and in 2000 bought 'I Tre Falchi'. The restoration was finally done in 2010, when we actually relocated to Italy for 2 years, and made 'I Tre Falchi' our home.
