Decorated with natural elements, and the inspiring colors of this beautiful mountain region. With hardwood and tile floors, large windows for letting in the warm Colorado sunshine, designer lighting, newly remodeled kitchen complete with large Corian counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The large dine-in kitchen blends effortlessly into the living room for entertaining. New leather sectional, new queen beds with superior quality memory foam, new bed coverings, new small kitchen appliances, and art from local artists.
Sleeps up to 8-10 people (4 people in the Mt. Princeton bedroom, 2 people in the Little Bear Peak bedroom, 2 people in Mesa Verde bedroom, and 2 on the queen air mattress in the living room).

When you, your maid of honor, bridesmaids, and mother can comfortably get ready for the big day with 3 bathrooms and a large walk-in dressing closet? Hang your gown up high off the floor in a lockable closet/room (where nothing can happen to it), instead of the back of the door in a hotel room, (where it can fall off and get wrinkled or worse.) We provide heavy duty dressing hooks, (perfect for that picture of your gown hanging up,) large mirrors, lots of lighting, plenty of storage for everything from your shoes to your jewelry, and a comfortable bench to sit and get ready on! And in case anything should go awry while getting ready on the big day, we have a BRIDAL EMERGENCY KIT (complete with lint roller, sewing kit, scissors, clear nail polish, etc!)

With a new super soft rug perfect for little ones who need to stretch out, roll around, or crawl on the floor. (We even have a special toy bin that is full of baby toys: Sophie the Giraffe teether, Fisher Price block sorting toy, cloth book, variety of wooden manipulative toys, and rolling 'chase-after-me' toys.)

2 RV parking spots, (one spot on each side of the house,) 1 car garage available for use, can park up to 3 cars in the concrete drive way. Plenty of room for parking on the street as well. (Wide streets, and we have the security of the street light to the right of our property.)
No smoking inside the home or outside on the property. Please no pets. Please do not burn candles or incense while in our home. Feel free to use the LED candles for romantic ambiance. :)

Make yourself comfortable in this all ONE LEVEL, 1700 square foot, centrally located home! We love families of all ages!
(The interior of our house is wheel chair accessible, but there are two steps up to the front door.)

We offer everything for parents to keep them safe, entertained, and comfortable. The home is all one level, with no dangerous stairs. All of the windows have cordless blinds. The use of our baby and toddler toys, changing pad, wooden high chair, soft seat booster chair, child size table and chairs in the kitchen, bibs, utensils, plates, cups, Step 2 slide, sand box, playhouse, and 2 picnic tables are available for use while staying with us.
For an additional fee we can provide moms and dads even more services to enhance their child’s time at Colorful Colorado.
$25 Package Includes:
• All exposed electrical outlets covered before you arrive.
• Pack and Play set up and ready in the room of your choice.
• A variety of baby food, snacks, and juice.
$50 Package includes all of the items listed above plus:
• 35 diapers and 1 large container of baby wipes.
• Use of the Bugaboo Bee Stroller.
• Use of baby/toddler hiking backpack/carrier.
• Use of 2 Britax Frontier 85 high back booster car seats. (Child must be at least 2 years of age AND weigh between 25-85lbs.)
• Use of our snowsuits, snow bibs, and winter jackets. (Sizes 12M, 12-24M, 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T.)
• Fun noodles, kick boards, dive sticks, and 2 pairs of goggles.

About the owner: We are natives to Colorado Springs, with insider tips on dining, entertainment, and secret trails! We have three young children who love being outdoors and exploring new places. We enjoy hiking, swimming, and traveling. Our rental home is a reflection of our love for family, and the blessings God has given us. We live in town, and can offer lots of suggestions on where to eat, play, and have fun as a family!

The Colorful Colorado home was built in the Centennial Heights neighborhood in 1959. With wide streets, mature trees, large green lawns, long driveways, and large rectangular ranch style homes. It has all the charm and simplicity of the era, but is centrally located to all of the fun!
