Great Southern Golf Course is next door to the complex. The location of the complex is approximately six and a half miles west of the Beau Rivage, six miles east of the Island View Casino in Gulfport. Why the Owner Chose Biloxi
There is always something going on in this area--Crawfish, Shrimp, and Crab Festivals, Mardi Gras, Blueberry Fests, concerts with top name entertainers, gambling, golfing, water park, the beach, etc. New Orleans is an hour to the west and Mobile an hour to the east if we get bored in Gulfport/Biloxi
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The beach is only a block and a half away and we have a wagon with all terrain wheels to carry a cooler, beach chairs, kids, etc. to the beach if you want to walk. Our complex has a zero entry pool, playground, two outdoor hot tubs, a cabana, fitness facility, etc. We are centrally located to most everything. The Edgewater Mall is only about a mile to the east, the MS Coast Coliseum is about 2 miles east, the Island View Casino is 6 miles west and the Beau Rivage Casino is 6.5 miles east.

My husband, Taco, and I are retired Air Force. We moved from Niceville, FL to Gulfport in November 2005 soon after Hurricane Katrina devastated the coast. We owned two condos at the time and a third one was under construction. I was on the board of directors for The Villas at Legacy and spent so much time working to oversee repairs, insurance issues, etc. that we decided to make Gulfport our permanent home. Later, Taco became a member of the board of directors for Legacy Towers and remains on the board today. There is just so much to do in this area--festivals, first class entertainment at the coliseum and casinos, art of all sorts, museums, fishing, gaming, golfing, boating, shopping, to name a few things to enjoy while visiting the area. Unlike Destin, our highway infrastruction is such that you can actually navigate the area without traffic being backed up--unless there is a big named show at the coliseum. We are proud of the units we have purchased and decorated for our visitors and look forward to seeing more and more folks coming to our little piece of paradise.
