This single family home is located at Northridge Station at Camelback Mountain. The lot backs up to the State Game Lands for privacy and wildlife viewing. It is an easy two minute drive to the main ski lodge and a one minute drive to Big Pocono State Park. The Crossings Outlets and restaurants are under 10 minutes away. MT Airy Casino is 8 miles (12 min) away for gambling. There is a slide show link with lots of pictures down by the calendar.

The house has an attached garage which is perfect storage for coolers, skis and your car. There is a stone fireplace in the living room and firewood is provided at no charge. You will find the decorations fitting for the season that you visit and the house is very comfortable for one or two families. Downstairs there is a powder room/laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A combined great room with kitchen, breakfast bar with four bar stools, dining and living areas. Off the kitchen and dining room is a large deck equipped with furniture and a propane grill. Since the property backs up to the State game lands, you will see wildlife right from the dining room and kitchen. The sofa is a queen sleeper to accommodate extra guests. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a queen bed, cathedral ceilings, TV/VCR, private bathroom, and a large walk-in-closet storing two folding cots. The second bedroom also has a television and a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and the Playstation 2 video game system. They share a bathroom in the hallway. Wireless computing with high speed internet is included!!
With 3 bedrooms, we are looking to rent to 8 or less singles, 3-4 couples, 2 small families, or one family unit.
The house is fully equipped and ready for your stay. You will find books, movies, DVDs, games, puzzles, and kitchen supplies ready for your use. Linens and towels are available to use if you launder them yourselves or you may prefer the cleaning service to wash and dry them for $40 extra charge. Just bring your personal items, food and paper products and you are ready to enjoy your home away from home.
We do not allow pets or smoking.
May 1 through September 30, 2008 is NOT available. You can rent in the other seasons by the weekend, week, month, or longer. A two night minimum stay is required. Off-season rates are available and discounts available for small families/groups. For weekenders, we can usually offer LATE CHECK-OUT on Sunday with NO extra charge. Stay and enjoy the day and leave when it is convenient for you without watching the clock. We know that skiing families appreciate this! |
