Some history about the Masonic Building: It was once owned by Dennis Hopper, and is a beautiful Art Deco Masterpiece. It was built in the 1800s and is a resurrected mainstay in our downtown community. The building sits on Front St. next to our friendly Front St. Brewery Neighbor. Our other neighbor is few flights above on the 5th floor where the Level 5 Roof Top Bar and City Stage Theater are located. The best views, entertainment and restaurants all in one location!
While walking around our historic town, you are sure to see our filming industry crew filming famous movies, mini series and commercials. You never know when you will run into stars who are continually filming in our Historic downtown locations. You can take a romantic carriage ride, only a 1/2 block away, eat at our many waterfront restaurants, take a ghost pub crawl tour, rent a Segway, or simply stroll the streets and enjoy the incredible atmosphere. 1 block away on the water is the Henrietta III Cruise Boat that you can enjoy scenic dinner cruises, Mystery Dinners or private parties. We love our beautiful 'East Coast Hollywood' downtown and want you to enjoy all it has to offer.

About the owner: Upon moving to North Carolina in 1989, I knew I found what I will always call 'Home'. I fell in love with NC and Wilmington quickly became my favorite town to visit. I relocated to Wilmington 7 years ago and work in the tourism industry. My passion is to promote tourism and that led me to purchase a couple downtown Wilmington condos so I can share my passion with visitors who choose to stay with us. On my free time, I enjoy fishing, running, going to the beach and of course enjoying our lovely downtown Historic District. I love calling Wilmington my home and want to share what Wilmington has to offer with you!

Why the Owner Chose Wilmington: I purchased this condo and another condo a block away because I truly fell in love with Wilmington. It's got everything a large town has but with that small cozy town feeling. I LOVE being here, eating at our water front restaurants, our shops, watching movies being filmed and our lively night life. This is a close knit community and we all take care of each other. I feel so lucky to be a part of the vibrant and beautiful downtown scene.
