This beaufitul two story condominium is perfect for vacationing families or golfing groups. The pool, ocean and golf course are just steps away. The interior is professionally decorated and provides breathtaking views from every window. There are three bedrooms, and two and a half baths. We have all the comforts of home and have received rave reviews from all guests.

Sit on the deck overlooking the ocean while you enjoy coffee, or turn around and take in the panoramic views of three Ocean Point golf holes. When you are ready to play, just grab your clubs and cross the street. Our home is located in the prestigious Ocean Point area of Fripp and is part of the Village of New Haven which surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and is wrapped on two sides by water. We are located steps away from the Ocean Point Pool and just across the street from the newly renovated Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Point Grill.

The beautifully landscaped courtyard (complete with grills and tables) and enormous decks overlooking the ocean are also available for outdoor activities. The island offers endless amenities including five pools, two golf courses, ten tennis courts, bike/running trails, and a full-service marina. Two Amenity guest cards are provided (with option to purchase four more) for use of all island amenities.
