Come enjoy our beautiful Rocky Mountain getaway in the luxurious Springs condominium building at one of Colorado's premier resorts. The Springs is one of the nicest buildings in River Run and has won the "Most Guest Friendly Lodge in Keystone" award the past four years. Park in our underground, heated garage and elevator up to our top floor, vaulted ceiling, two-bedroom, two-bath PENTHOUSE which is both quiet and yet close to the action. It was just repainted, so looks brand new! A large deck overlooks the gorgeous mountains and inside there is a new big flat screen HDTV with a HD DVD player, as well as a fireplace in the living room. There is also an iHome music player in the master bedroom for your entertainment pleasure!
After a quick 25-yard walk from our back door to the new high-speed gondola, you will enjoy a spectacular morning run down easy to expert slopes (you choose!). Return to your condominium and enjoy the two outdoor hot tubs, heated pool complete with waterfall and slide, or a game of pool in the lobby. There is also a fitness room (if your legs have not had enough!), steam room, theater room with large screen HDTV, and even a play room for toddlers.
When you are refreshed, enjoy all that River Run Village has to offer at ALL times of the year: SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, huge FIRE PIT, new SKATING RINK, and FESTIVALS!
At Keystone, you can enjoy night-time skiing (17 lighted trails!), snowmobiling, skating on the continent's largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor rink, tubing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, sleigh rides, or a romantic dinner at the top of the mountain. The sky is truly the limit here!
OFF SEASON in River Run is no less spectacular. Festivals run throughout the year (World Music Festival, Bluegrass and Beer Festival, and Wine, Art, and Jazz Festival to name a few). Enjoy limitless hiking, mountain biking, and the beauty of the mountains with wildflowers and wild animals. Escape the heat of the summer and enjoy cool mountain breezes with cloudless blue skies.

Keystone is one of the best ski areas in Colorado and is only about an hour from downtown Denver. River Run Village, where our condo building is, enjoys all kinds of amenities, like restaurants, shops, amusements, and incredible access to the mountain. It is the ultimate ski village!

We had a wonderful time during our ski vacation to Keystone. We have young children so living space and close proximity to the gondola were priorities for us. We got both with this property rental. We had plenty of space in the condo and were a stone's throw to the gondola, ski school, and village shops. The ski locker in the garage was a huge plus as well. We also utilized the fitness center, heated pool and hot tub (which our kids insisted on using despite the temperature outside!). Overall we had a wonderful experience. The owners were very helpful answering our questions and were very prompt with the rental process. We would definitely rent this property again!

For several years, I have been trying to convince my wife to take a spring break ski trip with our boys. (Ages 13 & 10) I finally succeeded! We searched and searched for what we thought would be the ideal ski resort and settled on Keystone. We found this condo unit and booked it. It was exactly what we wanted. Close to the ski lifts and village. Ski school was great. The unit was very cozy and family friendly. Our boys loved the heated pool...which was great because my wife and I loved the hot tubs. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Keystone Village is a minute walk (2 minutes if you drag your feet) from the condo building...and liked the fact that it was close enough to walk in ski boots to the gondola. We found some great restaurants, as well. The owners are great communicators which is very comforting when conducting a transaction via internet & e-mail. Without question, we would stay here again and recommend this condo unit for families and couples who enjoy an adventure!

Awesome Ski Location! This is a great condo; maybe even nicer than the pictures! The Springs is a wonderful property with a very short walk to the gondola. We walked each day in our ski boots without complaint. It is also a short walk to the village with lots of shops, food, etc. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable, and had a very spacious feel because of the high ceilings. It had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. What a great, hassle-free vacation we had in Keystone! It was so nice to rent from a real owner as opposed to some of the property management companies that now list on VRBO. Peter was quick to respond to any questions we had and was even able to recommend restaurants for us on the nights we did eat out. We would definitely return to this condo if our plans bring us to Keystone in the future.

Peter & Karla, Thank you again for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo! My husband & I loved the location. It was great being so close to the lift, bike trails, & River Run Village. Your condo is also located 8 miles from Mt. Sniktau which is one of our favorite hikes. We were very impressed with the gorgeous pool & hot tub and enjoyed ending our day in the hot tub. We hope to visit again soon!

Dear Mr. SImons, Thank you for letting us use your condo. I really enjoyed it!! I had sooooo much fun. My name is Taylor and I am 9 years old. The swimming pool is awesome!! My favorite part was having my sister's B-day there. Also we got to have dinner at the Fondue Restaurant that chocolate fondue was delicious!! We just returned from a weekend in June celebrating our anniversary. The condo is SOOOO nice and comfy. Felt like we were at home! Extraordinarily clean. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location.
