About the owner: I purchased a property in Daytona Beach Shores back in 1999 and have been a hands-on owner since then. I have personally renovated both this and my other condo and I am very pleased with the results.

Ponce Inlet affords a much quieter scene than Daytona Beach. While there are plenty of things to do, the peace and beauty of the beach is better appreciated on the no-drive beach.
