This perfect ocean-side resort property is located on the bluff directly above the San Clemente Calafia State Park Beach. From the patio deck there is a breathtaking ocean view, interesting cliff formations and beautiful foliage of the Calafia State Park. This spacious (1180 square feet) condominium is fully furnished and the sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with one queen-sized bed and the second bedroom with two twin-sized beds.
Enjoy sunbathing while lying on the sandy beach, people watching, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, or watching the beautiful sunsets. It is a short hike along the ocean to the famous San Clemente Pier. Downtown San Clemente has many quaint restaurants, specialty shops, public library, post office, and many local activities. The Amtrak Surfliner train travels along the ocean to take you to San Diego or Los Angeles for the day, north to neighboring beaches and various other destinations.
Easy access to Disneyland, Sea World, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Juan Capistrano Mission, Dana Point Harbor, or cruise to Catalina Island to name just a few nearby attractions.

This is the 3rd year Mom (93 yrs young) and I vacationed here and as in the past, it was wonderful - great condo, great view and great weather!!! It's a 10 in our book!!! I love the beach trail - 5-6 miles round trip of ocean waves and cool breezes. A great location away from traffic but close enough to walk to the pier, super restaurants and shopping. LIsten to the waves, trains and seals. You'll never lack for anything. We thank you so much for a memorable vacation and for making "your home, our home" for a few short weeks.

This was an awesome extended vacation getaway! I was pleasantly surprised by the proximity of the location to the beach. It was surpassed only by the comfort and quality of the rental itself. The decor was top notch, with a real 'beachy-California' feel. Absolutely everything was provided, from beach towels to fabulous private gas barbeque to margarita blender! I would DEFINATELY like to return and would highly recommend to others. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!
