This is a gorgeous penthouse which is located next to the Bellagio Hotel and the brand new Cosmopolitan, we are located on the Las Vegas Strip!! It is beautiful, with a sparkling swimming pool (heated year round), jacuzzi, sauna, and countless other amenities. You can also use the amenities complimentary at the brand new Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino with stunning amenities, restaurants, within feet away.. The amenities they have on site are: tennis courts, pool, spa, gym, and much more.
There is no additional fee for the use of our Resort Amenities or the Amenities of the Cosmopolitan: Access to the Bamboo Pool and Boulevard Pool at the Cosmo is complimentary as well as the Spa and Tennis Courts. Amenities of the Jockey Club: Pool, Gym, Spa, etc are all included in the rental rate as well and there are no additional fees.
We have 6 individual beds in the Penthouse suite to accommodate 2 people luxuriously or a group of people getting together.
We have complimentary WIFI in the suite as well as the latest technological toys.
We are located directly on the strip next to the Bellagio Hotel and the Cosmpolitan. We are located at 3700 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (Bellagio Hotel is at 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd).
Walk to the new City Center/Mandarin Oriental/Aria and much more!!! Access to the Monorail.
There's also valet parking on-site or you can park your own car complimentary as well. We share parking with the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.
The two bedroom, two bath, penthouse suite would allow you to comfortably have up to eight people here. 2 queen beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the guest room, 2 full beds, and ample space throughout including an additional extra custom made bed if needed. I've been visiting Las Vegas at least twice a year for last 10 years. This was hands down the best experience. I would recommend this place and these people who made this happen. I'm going there again for sure...and again...and again!

Great stay on the strip. felt like a hidden jem. We had a large group but there was plenty of room. The suite was spacious and accommodating. The separate living room and kitchen was great. We had access and used the Cosmopolitan's pool and casino. I would have given 5 stars except that it took them 3 hours to make the room keys and fresh towels were not readily available after the first use, but Overall the stay was great and I think the suite is top value!!! Also Melissa is very helpful when booking.....Thanks!! Overall great

Overall, the rental and service we received from the rental owner was wonderful! Melissa replied to most of my emails in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. She was also very accomodating to our party of 9 (which turned out to be 8 in the end). The location of the property was very convenient to the strip and I think I preferred the less populated lobby of the Jockey Club. The unit was very spacious and had plenty of sleeping room for all of us. This definitely made our first-time ladies trip to Vegas a great success!! The only reason I gave this review four stars and not five was because the water had some issues in the shower (sometimes the cold water came on as hot water) and the land line in the unit did not work as expected (which was not a huge issue since we all had cell phones) - I did leave a message regarding this the day we arrived to which I did not get any response. I definitely would rent from here again....which we anticipate for some time in the near future for a family trip.

We stayed at this penthouse suite in March & had a wonderful experience with no issues. Great location right on the strip directly next to the Bellagio & Cosmopolitan Hotel. The best part was we had access to all the amenities at the Cosmopolitan Hotel with no additional charge. We had plenty of room in the suite to accommodate 8 of us. The place is very clean and would definitely stay here again for future trips to Las Vegas. Thanks again.

First off there are few things that would have gotten this place a better rating in the beginning. It is a large place that has a prime location on the strip, which is what we were looking for. However, to get there it is off of a long sketchy alley way that is between the Bellagio and the Cosmopolitan. Speaking of the Cosmopolitan, the views that are pictured for this were well before the Cosmopolitan was built. So in turn my view was a large concrete wall that was a part of the side of the Cosmo. They did however have some tv channels that showed views of the city so I guess that's what they were intending for us to see. The lighting situation reminded me of homeless shelter with desk lamps only in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Again not terrible, but certainly not as advertised. The worst thing I would have to say about this place is the lack of customer service after staying there. I put a Refundable deposit on the place that has yet to be credited back to my credit card. I have emailed and called several times with no response whatsoever. So now I am dealing with my credit card company to dispute the charge. So I'd say this is not the best place to stay on your trip. Best of Luck in Vegas, but I don't want to be an extra deposit in the hole after a trip like this.
Owner response:Dear Guest, We take a very minimal deposit when a reservation is booked and in 7 years have returned almost every deposit in full. In order for a guest to lose a deposit something major had to have been broken and we have extensive damage of a mirror that was completely cracked and had to have it replaced. We have Customer Service available 24 hrs. a day and I am sorry you felt that you didn't get what you wanted. Upon arrival if anything was not to your liking we received no calls or e-mails regarding anything being out of place or not as advertised. We would have appreciated you letting us know if that was the case. When we spoke on the phone after you stay you said that it was great and that you loved it. I really wish you could have been patient to get in touch with us to resolve any issues you had after your stay.

Stayed at this penthouse suite with my girlfriends in June and absolutely loved it. Super convenient location next to the Bellagio. We walked everywhere and had plenty of room in the suite to accommodate 6 girls. The place is so beautiful and since we live in Manhattan Beach and come to Vegas often this will definitely be our go to place. Thanks for taking great care of us and we will definitely be back in the near future.
