Two outdoor areas (Deck & Flagstone patio) add living space to this charming Guest House. Off the front French doors is is a graceful flagstone patio and to the south side facing the stream is a deck for the private hot tub, gas grill and a romantic patio table and chairs for relaxing, reading, and outdoor dining. For the vacationer wanting to stay connected to the outside world, Casita Bella offers Wi-Fi high speed internet access.
Sleeping provided is a Queen, pillow-top, Beauty Rest, Murphy bed that folds up and into the wall to offer added living space during the day and folds out for comfortable night time sleeping. For two small children there are two child-size folding futons with room in the large foyer. Or, optional sleeping for 2 children max is allowed on the large and very comfy sectional sofas.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers full-size appliances plus dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, as well as ample pots, pans, dishes, silver, and cooking utensils. A gas grill makes outdoor cooking very convenient. The satellite offers 150 stations plus the music channels and the networks!
Casita Bella can be rented with or without Casa Bella (VRBO #7859)-the main house. The homes are beautifully separated and offer ample privacy from one another. Best of all, all guests enjoy access to the private clubhouse with indoor heated pool, steam room, and outdoor tennis. For cozy romantic ambiance Casita Bella boasts a gas log cast iron fireplace.

Too warm during the day & the hot tub has a mildew smell.

It was much too warm during the day for no air conditioning. We asked for a fan on the 2nd day & were told we would get one, but it never arrived. Fortunately it rained & cooled off that evening. The hot tub had a distinct odor. Not sure what it was so we only went in it briefly once & did not return because of the smell. Could probably use a change of water & a good cleaning. Don't want to seem like we are complainers, because we are not, but it could have been cleaner all around. We stayed at a very nice place this past winter in taos & it was only a few dollars more. We were expecting the same. This was a last minute trip for us, so we did not have much to choose from. This was just a little below our standards and we would not recommend it to friends or family.

The property was lovely, clean, and spacious. It had a washer/dryer which was great for all the wet ski clothes! The hot tub was fantastic after our full days of skiing. We will definitely be back!
