Just returned from a lovely vacation at this property. It doesn't get any better than waking up to the ocean view from the balcony of this suite. The property is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable for 4 persons. I've stayed at the Fontainebleau on several occassions and I can't imagine ever going directly through the hotel again. Ari was very helpful with booking and answered all emails in a very speedy manner. This was my first experience going with a rental by owner and I won't vacation any other way ever again! Thanks for having us and we'll be back as soon as possible!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have been staying in South Beach for five days a month for the last three years and I only now stay at Fontainbleau. I am in the service industry and this hotel offers the best service I have ever received. The past two years I now only stay in the Tresor tower in the Fontainbleau due to the beautiful one bedroom suites, the private pool and jacuzzi only available to guest in the Tresor tower, as well as the two entrance of Collins ave. Versus going through the hotel directly I now use owners that rent for my stays, the pricing per night is cheaper.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I had an overall excellent experience with this property. The Fontainebleau is by far my favorite hotel in Miami and this rental is by far the easiest (and price conscious) way to secure a room, especially during the high tourist season. All pre-tip information regarding the layout specs of the room were accurate. The photos online accurately portrayed the furnishings in the room (Mac computer included). The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Upon arrival, check-in went very smoothly with the main hotel concierge. The maid service cleaned the room as I had previously specified when booking and throughout my stay they constantly came by with extra towels. Communicating with the rental company (Ari) went very well. All details and payment info were made clear upfront and he was great at answering all of my questions immediately--I do not think it took him longer than a few hours to respond to any of my emails. This property is ideal for young travelers interested in the nightlife of Miami and South Beach, especially because the hotel property includes 2 nightclubs (LIV/ Arkadia). The general crowd at the hotel is lively and international. Taking a cab to Lincoln road is only a 5-10 minute drive. I prefer this location to others lower down on Collins because the property is the largest, has the most amount of restaurants. The spa treatments at Lapis are phenomenal and the gym is great as well. The amenities of the Fontainebleau outdo any other hotel and offer more than the boutique hotels surrounding it. I fully anticipate using this rental again for my upcoming trips to Miami.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Everything was as expected. Owner Ari included in the price 2 passes for the Lapis Spa which made all the difference since weather was very cold. Cleaning fee was a little higher that we ended paying to the hotel but did not mind. View is amazing I would definitely come back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
