Location: Kaluakoi, Molokai, Hawaii, USA (This a oceanfront condo resort on Kepuhi Beach)
Accommodations: Condominium, Studio + Loft, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)
Welcome to the heavenly island of Molokai where the sunsets are the most beautiful you will ever see. Where you can walk on the beaches and see only your footprints in the sand. Where there are no traffic lights and the people are the most friendly people you will ever meet. Kaluakoi, Maunaloa Town is just 10 minutes away with newly stocked grocery store.
We have remodeled this condo with a loft and all new everything...It has a king size bed, new TV, new oven microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and is really clean....
This Condo is located at one of the quietest areas of the complex. It is an upstairs unit which gives you overall privacy and view. It is a corner unit which gives you openness without someone right next to you. You have an unobstructed view out to the ocean. No other buildings in front of you.
It has 20 foot vaulted ceiling to give you an open feeling. You can see the island of Ohau in the distance. You have the view of the Kaiaka Rock right in front of you and can watch the waves splash up on this rock.
Sit out on your lanai and eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner and sip your island cocktail on your private lanai which overlooks paradise. Watch the humpback whales in the winter months.
Next to you is the longest Hawaiian Beach Papohaku Beach. It is about three miles long and is great for anytime of the day to take a nice long walk... Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity and see what it is like to be at a Hawaiian island which still has the traditional flare of old Hawaii. An island that is not commercialized with lots of buildings and traffic lights and tons of people.
Where you can actually enjoy the seclusion of solitude and beauty. Explore the island to find out it's uniqueness and what it has to offer you. This is individual. The mule ride is an exceptional experience. This gives you the feeling of the old Hawaii. The untouched feeling and respect of this island. Truly a wonderful experience to visit this island and it's offerings.

Dear Cheryl and Larry We had a great time!! Kitchen was well equipped, so we had crepes, spaghetti, tacos, and a huge salad for which we bought fresh veggies from the farmer's market downtown Molokai. Thanks for the tip! We fount it easily following your directions!! It was so quite at night here, we truly enjoyed the peace and spectacular sunsets from your balcony. We'll definately come back! Thanks again! Arthur and Eva

Dear Truckee Neighbors, Larry and Cheryl We are sitting at the table on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful view and gorgeous day. Last night the sunset was an amazing orange coral globe setting into a still sea. Today we are off on the ferry to Maui then back to Kauai before heading home to Truckee. We will surely miss this beautiful spot. You have graciously thought of every convenience to accommodate our stay here. We loved being back to Molokai after 17 years (1991) and it was reassuring to see that things have changed very little. We retraced our steps to Dixie Maru, the lookout and Halawa Valley to name a few. We loved the Farmer's market on Saturday morning and the music at Molokai Ranch last night (Sun) Uncle Aki and Willy (Father& son with beautiful voices) Thank you for 5 wonderful days of nostalgia and Aloha (See you back home in Truckee) Bob and Kathy Crawford

Dear Cheryl & Larry, Mahalo for sharing your condo in paradise! We have been to Kaluokoi Villas many times, but we have enjoyed it here this time the most. You have a beautiful place and you have thought of everything-even beach chairs!!! We loved: Eating our Molokai toast on the balcony every morning as the sun came up. Watching for whales from the pool any meal at the Cookhouse including talking with the locals and listening to Benny sing Mocha Mamas at the coffee plantation Aloha Friday at the Hotel Molokai Moana's halau at the Civic Center Clayton Snorkeling off the rocks just past Murphy Beach Halawa Valley the Pot luck dinner at sunset (Jane invited us) Hamburgers chili and rice at Mana'e Goods and Grinds on the East side of the island Walking on the big beach in the mornings Movies at the cinema on rainy days entertainment at the ranch on Sunday Bule skies , clear water, gentle breezes and flowers But most of all we love the Aloha spirit of everyone we have met. When we come to Molokai it feels like we are coming home! We will be back!! Aloha, Phil & Judy Snyder West Jefferson,OH

Thank you Cheryl and Larry for a comfortable and relaxing stay in paradise! We loved watching sunsets and the incredible surf crashing against the rocks from the lani. We found everything we needed in your cozy condo. We went right away to the farmer's market in Kaunakakai on Saturday and stocked up on veggies and salad. Then to friendly isle market, most places were closed for New Year's Eve and Day. For Must dos whil on Molokai: Mule ride down to Kalaupapa incredible views of sea cliffs. Drive to Halawa Valley- road narrows to single lane right on edge of sea (stop alot) great beaches near mile #20 Sea kayak through narrow channels on south shore and have one of their tasty daily specials. Thrus eve is local entertainment night. Sunday night is local music Hula at Moloka Ranch in Maunaloa. Our favorite beaches for hanging out is a 5 minute walk to the other side of hole #10 and Dixie Maru at the end of the road past Papohaku Beach. If you enjoy the power of the crashing surf, hike up the trail in front of the lani and scamble over the lava out to the rocky point.and wait for a big set! Mark and Brenda

Dear Cheryl and Larry Thank you for the opportunity to experience "Aloha" on Molokai. The condo has all to feel at home in our case far away from home. We loved to watch the sunsets;stroll along the empty beaches and the quiet surroundings. We had really nice days here on Molokai and hope to come back sometime. Mahalo, Nicole and Ralf

Dear Cheryl & Larry, Thank you for allowing us to use yoru condo. It was great, had everything we needed and felt very homey. The lanai was our favorite spot where we spent hours just relaxing and watching the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular both from the lania and the beach, each different and jsut as breathtaking. Molokai lured us with it's promise of peace and seclusion and didn't fail to deliver from the first day we noticed how quiet and peaceful this island is. The careless highway to the condo was just a taste of things to come. Papohaku beach is a great place for sunset walks and truly feels as though it is your beach with no one in sight. Dixie Maru is the beach for swimming with calm waters and on our trek to Kaunala Bay we crossed paths with a small hear of deer. "The Rodeo at Molokai Ranch was great and the view from Manoloa was nice. Kaunakakai is the place to get groceries with a nice bakery and good places to eat. The Cookhouse is a must, so is the Mocha Mama at the coffe plantation. To get a great view of Kalaupapa take the tour or lookout close to Pallic Rock if you don't want to make the trek. The beaches at mile 20 are very calm with good snorkeling spots. The drive to Halawa Valley is an experience on it's own, but the views and Halawa Valley are worth it. If you crave a more busier place, take the ferry to Lahaina in Maui for the day shopping is great with lots of things to do. We had a great time in Molokai, a truly unique experience that we will hopefully get to experience again. Thanks!!! Mohamed & Zahira Omar Chicago, IL
