Mistral is a brand-new, Non-Smoking, cottage-style home with four bedrooms + Tower Room and three baths that sleeps up to thirteen on three levels in one queen, one full, three twins, two queen sleepers and one full sleeper. It’s tastefully decorated in a West Indies/Hemingway style of wicker, and tan overstuffed furniture with designer ceramic tile floors that reflects that kick-back, easy living feeling of summers at the beach that you’ve always dreamed about.
Two porches off the living area and master bedroom allow for enjoying the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, gulf breezes and barbecuing on the gas grill. An outside shower provides a quick clean up for family members after a day at the beach. A community pool immediately behind the back yard is great for families with kids that need some close supervision and those occasional diversions from the beach. Four TVs/DVD/VCRs, & Play Station 2 with games provide plenty of diversions for those occasional rainy days, and CABLE INTERNET ACCESS.
Old Florida Village is a new "Seaside" style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane just across the street from the famous sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Florida Panhandle Gulf. Bienvenue's location, as the fifth house on the street, makes it a convenient stroll (.3 mile or about 500 steps) to the beach access.
Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin/Destin. Across the street is GoatFeathers, a great seafood restaurant, and other great restaurants, shopping boutiques, summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options on the "Green" at Gulf Place Caribbean are just a short walk or golf cart ride on the bike path. Golfing on the beautiful 18 hole Santa Rosa Golf Club with two holes overlooking the Gulf is less than two miles away. The quaint villages of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside are just four to eight miles down the beach highway.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made. |
