  Myhusband and I were looking for a nice weekend get away and we certainly found it! The apartment was spacious and comfy with all of the amenities from home and we were welcomed by Dmitriy with a dozen local donuts and the best bottle of red wine! We were close to everything that we wanted to visit and it was so nice to have a "home" to return to at the end of the day! Dmitriy also was very useful and informative about the local St Louis hot spots and he recommended lots of great places. We would definetly stay here again!!

  We only stayed one night as we were in town for a Salsa Workshop. The apartment was only 10 minutes from the Central West End, an easy, short drive which we made several times. Also the Botanical gardens are right around the corner as are several really great restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and clean and we both slept soundly in velvety sheets and a firm mattress. We plan to visit again when we're ready to hit the dance floor.

  Five Stars! Great location! Great owner! The owner of this property is an incredible host! When we arrived at the apartment he welcomed us with a dozen donuts, a bottle of wine, and a list of sightseeing hot spots around St. Louis (along w/ stack of brochures/city maps to back it up). The location was prime! Blocks away from a large park and the St. Louis Botanical Gardens. The local restaurants like: Mama Josefine's and Local Harvest Cafe both served delicious meals!! Lastly, the owner was super responsive to our needs when we had to call him out to the apartment in the middle of the night. He arrived in 5 minutes, was always positive with us, and even checked in periodically to confirm that our visit was going well. Would definitely go back! Enjoy!!

  There is no better place to stay in St. Louie than with Dmitry and Anna Kabargin. I have personally known Anna and Dmitry for more than 10 years during which time we have hosted many foreigners as well as Americans. The hosting programs include USAID, Community Connections Program, Business For Russia, Webster University, St. Louis Sister Cities Program, International Institute of St. Louis and others. We are proponents of more international communication. We believe sharing experiences with other cultures will build connections that should bring more harmony to the world. Dmitry and Anna, are warm, hospitable, friendly, giving, intelligent, well mannered and live a comfortable lifestyle. They have a nice home in a nice St. Louis neighborhood.

  We absolutely loved the place. It is in a very nice neighborhood close to a bus stop which will take you straight to the center of town. Dimitri was more than accommodating. There were maps and information about St Louis, a list of restaurants and taxi numbers. We were happily surprised and delighted by the doughnuts and wine. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We plan on spending more time in St. Louis in the future and would definitely re-rent this place again.

  Even though the listing states the property sleeps 2-4 it easily fits 6. My sister and I stayed with 4 children of various ages. The sectional sofa comfortably can sleep 2. The property is well maintained and roomier than it appears in the pictures. It is in a safe area of town that is convenient to all the attractions. Dmitri does a great job and is flexible on arrival and departure times. I am a chef, so we prepared the majority of our meals at the apartment. I made some recommendations to Dmitri of some kitchen items, but a person can easily improvise to make a wonderful meal for their family/friends while saving tons of money eating out. I would recommend this location to anyone. There is a few steps to enter in the apartment, so keep in mind if you have problems going up steps.

  We had a great stay and the location couldn't have been better. Dmitri was very welcoming and offered lots of places to go and see in the city. The apartment was a perfect size and gave us much more room than a hotel. It was nice to have a little more space, parking was easy and get to know the surroundings of the community. We will stay there again on our next visit to St. Louis.

  We've stayed at VRBO locations in Florida, Chicago, and Philadelphia for many years, and I would highly recommend this one to everyone. Clean, spacious apartment in a safe and stable neighborhood. Excellent restaurants and shopping very close by, and Tower Grove Park 3 blocks away for daily trail jogging, relaxing on park benches, etc. Property owner Dimitri took very good care of us, and we will be contacting him the next time we stay in St. Louis.

  Traveled to St. Louis for a weekend and stayed at Dmitri and Anna's beautiful apartment in Shaw! Had an awesome stay! Dmitri was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. He had stocked the fridge with some beverages and snacks and prepared neighbourhood guides including restaurant recommendations and nearby attractions! The apartment itself is bright, beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. Heaters kept the apartment v. comfortable even in the middle of winter storm that swept in, and the carpets are an extra nice touch. Shaw neighborhood is a great place, too much to do for just a single weekend. This apartment is close to many fantastic restaurants (King and I, Pho Grand), attractions (Botanical Gardens, Science Center). I would love to visit again -- too much to do and too little time!! Summary: Great hosts, great place to stay, had a great time staying here! This kind of hosting and experience makes renting from Dmitriy really worthwhile!

  Dmitriy & Anna are some of the warmest, most welcoming & genuine people I have yet to meet. Their Shaw neighborhood is a true treasure that has so many jewels awaiting your discovery...Missouri Botanical Gardens, weekly Farmers Markets & free community yoga in Tower Grove Park, splash fountains in the summer, walking distance from Sasha's Wine Bar & all of the fantastic eateries on South Grand--I could go on & on. STL is a super cool City to explore & with Dmitriy & Anna to take care of you, it'll be an even more fun experience!
