This is Your Room with a View... Studio condominium in downtown Seattle with a fabulous view of the city skyscrapers and Lake Union. The condo is on the thirteenth floor of a 1949, luxury, high-rise building with concierge. Building also features a business center with copying machine, telephone, desks, and fax.

Recreation room with pop machine, pool table, big screen TV, and large sofa. The two roof top decks have amazing 360 views of the city and surrounding area. Gold's Gym can be used with a day use fee just a half block away. Parking is available but limited and needs to be reserved ahead of time for a small fee.

This great place is situated in an ideal loaction where Capitol Hill meets Downtown. The building is adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center just steps to Pacific Place and Westlake Shopping Centers, live theater, movie theaters, public transportation, historic sites, tourist hot spots, and many, many restaurants.

This Room with a View is also less than ten blocks from Swedish Hospital, Pike's Place Market, and Elliott Bay waterfront as well as a short monorail ride to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. You can't get more centrally located than this.

A prime location, amazing views, modern amenities in a gorgeous comfortable condo, and an great price all make this the place to stay in Seattle!
