  My sisters and I spent two weeks here and found it to be completely satisfactory and as advertised on the website. The furnishings are very nice and the view is beautiful. We had no problems at all and received our deposit back in a timely manner. I would rent here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  The unit was very nice. It had a great view and was very tastefully furnished. The owner was beyond horrible, hence the one star. Because he claims he lost his phone he was not able to return my call in time for me to arrive at 1pm as agreed upon and I has to check in at 9pm. This would have been fine except for the fact that I was traveling with a 5 month old baby and the place was a mess when we arrived. It hadn't been cleaned from the last renters. There was mud on the floors, towels, left over food and beer cans all over. I was horrified especially since I knew I was arriving on a holiday and I specifically asked if the place would be clean. When I called the owner he said he would have someone ther in the morning and would waive the cleaning fee. I said thanks and that I would leave the place clean when I left so there would be very little cleaning to do. The cleaners did show the next day but it was inconvienient because they asked me to leave for 2 hours. Not too easy with a little baby in 95 degree weather. Anyway, things went good when I returned until I was preparing something in the kitchen when (without knocking) in walked an older couple. They said that the owner told them they could come by and tour the unit for a future rental. Really? Didn't he want to let me know first that he was sending someone over and ask my permission? He never told them either that the unit was occupied which is why they walked right in. When I asked him why he didn't call me he answered that he tried but couldn't get a hold of me. Really? That's a lame excuse these days with, cells, voicemails and texts. It simply wasn't true. After 2 nights I left but not before leaving the place very clean. When I called the owner a few days later to ask when he would be refunding my deposit, he said he would not be refunding the cleaning fee because I had left the unit dirty for the next renters. Really? He sent the next renters in too without having the place professionally cleaned? He expected me to do it? He didn't give me back any of my deposit. He planned on keeping it all for no reason. I threatened to dispute the cc charge and take him to small claims court so he finally gave me back my money. There are no words to describe what a creep this guy is. Weather it was greed or just total lack of tact I'm not sure. What I am sure about is it was a bad experience from begining to end and I write this to warn future renters what they might be in for.

  Owner response: This tenant was very strange. She called me last minute to rent the place for 2 days. She did not want the third day free. When she got there it wasnt cleaned to her satisfaction so I had them clean it again the next day. Never had to do that before. For her "trouble" I offered to refund her cleaning fee. She accepted that and said to me, "dont worry I will clean it so you dont have to pay for a third cleaning...its just me and my baby" I appreciated that. On the second day she called me and now wanted the third day free which I gave her. On the third day I had new tenants arriving and relied on her promise to have cleaned the condo before she left. The new tenants arrived to a dirty condo. I had to quick call my maid and get it cleaned. Since she did not clean it as promised and her actions affected the new teanats I was prepared to deduct $90 for the cleaning and told her so to which she had a melt down on the phone. That is when she started behaving strangely sending dozens of threating text mails and leaving bizarre phone messages. Threats to me and my family are worth no amt of money. So I refunded her 90 cleaning fee and 150 security deposit (didnt even chrage ger the pay pal fee). Havent heard from her since Good riddens. I ALWAYS refund depsosits unless there is damage. If I did Ithink you would agree there would be mnany more complaints over the 10 years Ive been renting the place.

  This location is a bright airy space with a simply gorgeous view of fairways, a lake and mountains in the distance. I don't think you could find a more desirable location at the Lakes. You get the sun on the patio facing the view from mid morning until night, and sit not far behind the men's tee box.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The pool is out of site and around the corner of the end unit. Never had a problem with noise. Also all couches and sofa seats in living room have been replaced and are brand new. All carpets in bedrooms have been cleaned.

  I was looking for a nice place to stay for several days and came across this property. I know there has been a poor review on this property, but we didn't experience any issues at all. Matter of fact, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed. The condo was very nice with everything we could have wanted. The location was great, right on the golf course with beautiful views. I thought the owner was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely being staying here our next trip to Palm Springs

  I Had a horrible experience staying here. There is a BIG chance you will not receive your deposit back no matter if you follow every rule. The home was slightly dirty when arrived, had wet clothes in washer, no toilet paper, and gross stains all over carpet and all furniture. Air conditioner did not function correctly, and neither did the BBQ. The ad has lots of false advertisements . The most major false advertisement is that the owner stats in his rates " stay 2 nights and receive the 3rd FREE!!" We were charged for the 3rd night and he refused to give me my money back. After I was through staying there I surfaced cleaned the home. Removed trash, did dishes, washed the towels used during the stay, and Swept patio and kitchen floor. Being a fair person and good natured i thought that would be the nice thing to do. He refused to give me my deposit back and stated that the maid said we left it dirty. That is a complete lie! I took pictures after I left the home that proves the condition I left it in, and he still wont return my deposit money. I had to call him and ask him for my money back, and then he yelled at me and accused me, then hung up on me. Im not sure what I did so wrong, the owner had no interest what soever to try to please us. Bottom line, I would never recommend to anyone to stay here. I tried to get away for vacation and instead had a horrible experience. You might as well stay in a hotel, at least you can have stain free sheets, AC and don't have to deal with being mistreated and ripped off!

  My wife and I stayed with our two small dogs at this condo for a week the summer of 2010 and were very pleased overall. There were a few negatives, but many more positives: The photos in the listing accurately portray the rooms and the view. The air conditioning and appliances worked perfectly. The golf course views and sunsets are great from the patio. The BBQ works extremely well. The televisions were not large, flat screens, but big enough (I would estimate 35") and with most channels including HBO. Use of the pool floats and golf cart are a big plus. There is a nominal ($7) charge for tennis and driving range and $10 for the gym. The clubhouse is not as modern as we would have preferred, but we got some great bargains at the pro shops (70% off summer sale). The golf course, putting and chipping greens, tennis courts and many pools are superb and beautiful. The location of this actual condo is not the very best. The front entrance is across the street from the golf course facilities yard. You would not notice this at all except the closest pool - only 2 doors down was a little noisy. However, there are so many pools to choose from, it was okay. Try pool # 30 - the landscaping, with all the lakes and waterfalls is so lush, you would think you were in Hawaii! Now for the only negatives: There were some pretty nasty stains on the carpets in the master bedroom and the living room couch and chair. We were okay, because we put a throw rug over the bedroom carpet stains and bed sheets over the furniture. It being a rental, we would have done this anyway, because we are kind of clean freaks. Other that that, the housekeepers did a great job and the place was immaculate. I am confident the owner will now have these cleaned forthwith. With the vaulted ceilings, we felt the place was very roomy for its 1,300+ sf. This property was an excellent value and by far superior to a hotel. Note: We have stayed at most of the major 4 & 5 star resorts in the area and will opt for a house rental from now on. We fell in love the Lakes Country Club. It's location is ideal - next to the Marriott, where we have stayed many times and the grounds, lakes and pools are lush. We will most definitely return and can recommend it with all confidence. Final note, we received all of our cleaning deposit within 2 weeks. Thank you Al!
