Circa 1930’s beach cottage on Balboa Island in Newport Beach is located a block from the South bay front, in the heart of Balboa Island, walking distance to shops and restaurants along Marine Blvd. and to the Balboa Island Ferry. The house is perfect for a family of four to six, but will sleep up to eight with one Queen, one Double, two Single beds, and Queen sleep sofa. The house has a large patio (rare on the island), full kitchen, washer & dryer, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Original wood beamed ceilings and large brick fireplace with gas logs give it a rustic feeling.
Many bike and boat rentals are available in the area; close to Disneyland, Laguna galleries and museums, ocean access all nearby. The sunset on the Newport Pier is the best – hey kids, bring your scooters, bikes and sand toys!
