Localisation: This apartment is located in the heart of 7 District of Paris, a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The localisation is perfect to take advantage of the quietness of the area and on the same time you are very close of rue "Saint Dominique" where you will find all shops and restaurants you need. The closest subway station is "La Tour Maubourg."

Standing: Classical Parisian Building very quiet blocked with a door code for safe access. The apartment is on the second (European way) floor with no elevator. The living room is giving onto the street which is very quiet, almost a pedestrian street. The bedroom gives onto gardens.

Layout: Two room apartment of 38 m2, which includes a living room very well organised with and a fold-down bed is provided allowing for extra sleeping space. The separate bedroom gets a double bed and gives onto very peaceful gardens. The bathroom gets a shower and the little kitchen is very well equipped.
