Welcome to CASA Diane.
CASA Diane is nestled into the hillside Costa Azul/San Pancho. This home has spectacular ocean/beach view form every room. A quick walk down the cobblestone street puts you to the unspoiled beach. The home is surrounded by palm trees and other lush vegetation and benefits from the cool ocean breeze.
Inside you will find the casa tastefully decorated and full of color. On one end you will find a large master bedroom and on the other there are two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Futon, a private bath with a large, open-air, soaking tub. All bedrooms have ocean view with two of them having large folding glass doors that open onto the spacious pool patio area.
There is a living room with a TV set. DVD/CD player, music stereo for your enjoyment. There is a completely equipped kitchen with attached dining and bar area. The casa has two-and-one-half bathrooms and a pressurized water system. There is also a spiral staircase to the roof-top terrace with ocean views.
Sit back and relax or enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool. The view from the spacious pool area is incredible! If you prefer to be a bit more active, there are numerous activities nearby some of which include scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, surfing, and kayaking... to name a few.
A fifteen minute stroll to Main Street puts you in the heart of San Pancho's business district where you can find many different shops, grocers, and restaurants.
If you do not find what you are looking for, a 30-minute ride takes you into Puerto Vallarta where there are endless shops and restaurants.

We were visiting Mexico for the second time with our 2 teenage sons, and love this town! The house has been perfect for our family of four, great layout and furnishings - love the new exterior paint color! Sergio is here daily throughout the day maintaining everything outside. We hope to come back when we have another week with our boys - hope it's still for rent with it's new owner Diane. Thank you for opening your home to us!

WOW! Awesome! And Beautiful are the words to describe how we feel about this place and our trip in July, 2008. This is the most peaceful and relaxing trip we have been on. Casa Malia decor is perfect, the pool was so much fun! We sat outside every morning and enjoyed the beach and tropics with a cup of coffee. Ebbie is so sweet and nice, she was very helpful during our stay.

My family stayed at Casa Malia over Christmas this year and it was a lovely experience. There were six of us (myself, my husband, my sister, brother-in-law, mother, and aunt) plus a baby and there was plenty of space. The house is perfectly suited to a family vacation -- not once did we feel crowded. The pool was lovely (though a little cold!) and the staff was outstanding. We highly recommend arranging a dinner cooked at the house with Ebbie's sister, Estella. It's a short (but steep!) walk to the beach, the best beach that we could find in the area. We also loved the town of San Pancho and the people. We would definately return to Casa Malia!!! ;)

We stayed at Casa Malia over Thanksgiving 2006 and the house was well equipped, nice pool area and comfortable bedrooms. The town is amazing and very quiet so you get the local feel. The hill to the house will keep you in shape on your trip. Overall, it was a wonderful home. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything was absolutely perfect. The kids lived in the pool and if they weren't in the pool they were hunting for crabs. You are soooo lucky to own a home in paradise! We will definately be back. It is such a sweet town to visit. Thanks again! P.S. Ebbe and Sergio are awesome!

I spent 3 wonderfull days at casa malia. It is a shame that the photos you guys see in the web site of this property can not show in the right dimension how lovely and peaceful this house including neighbourhood is. Although it was not my first time in san pancho casa malia made this short visit unforgetable. Next time I will plan a few more days at casa malia
