Welcome to CASA MALIA. Completed in August 2004, this new home is nestled into the hillside Costa Azul/San Pancho. This home has spectacular ocean/beach view form every room. A quick walk down the cobblestone street puts you to the unspoiled beach. The home is surrounded by palm trees and other lush vegetation and benefits from the cool ocean breeze.
Inside you will find the casa tastefully decorated and full of color. On one end you will find a large master bedroom and on the other there are two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a large, open-air, soaking tub. All bedrooms have ocean view with two of them having large folding glass doors that open onto the spacious pool patio area.
There is a living room with complete entertainment center for your enjoyment. There is a completely equipped kitchen with attached dining and bar area. The casa has two-and-one-half bathrooms and a pressurized water system. There is also a spiral staircase to the roof-top terrace with ocean views.
Sit back and relax or enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool. The view from the spacious pool area is incredible! If you prefer to be a bit more active, there are numerous activities nearby some of which include scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, surfing, and kayaking... to name a few.
A fifteen minute stroll to Main Street puts you in the heart of San Pancho's business district where you can find many different shops, grocers, and restaurants. Do not miss the opportunity to mingle with the locals. You will find them very friendly and anxious to practice their English with you! If you do not find what you are looking for, a 30-minute ride takes you into Puerto Vallarta where there are endless shops and restaurants.
