Pompano Point Villa is a beautiful three-story home that comfortably sleeps twelve. The home has three levels of roomy balconies, which are perfect for entertaining. Each balcony offers unobstructed lake and gulf views. The unique gulf and lake setting offers an abundance of possibilities for family vacationing including sailing, kayaking, fishing, canoeing, paddleboarding, snorkeling and more.
Pompano Point Villa was completely renovated in 2010. The home boasts an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bamboo floors. The open concept living room is perfect for entertaining guests and spending quality time with family. The kitchen has countertop seating for six and opens to the living room. There is also a screened-in back porch which includes a porch swing and table and chairs for four that has a beautiful view of the lake. The charcoal grill is located just outside of the back porch if your family would like to grill out for lunch or dinner.
There are two master suites in the home. The first-floor master is spacious with a newly tiled bathroom. The third-floor master comprises the entire top floor and is an expansive room with a large master bathroom, which includes a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The trundle bed on the third floor is perfect for children or extra guests. There are two bedrooms on the second floor that share a bathroom, which has also been retiled.
The spacious home offers a wonderful get-away for more than one family or a group of friends. The community swimming pool (shared only by the four houses in the development) is just a few steps away, as well as the dock and the boardwalk to the beach. The house is 150 steps from having your feet in the sand.
Pompano Point Villa is located just off of 30A. The area is ideal for biking and includes 26 miles of paved bike paths through the beaches of South Walton. The property is 2 miles from Seaside and 6 miles from Rosemary Beach. Camp Creek Golf Course is 5 miles away. This truly is a unique and outstanding location that is both lakefront and has a wonderful beach view. You and your family or friends will have a wonderful vacation here and we know that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We loved the house! Pompano Villa has a perfect location right off 30A, being walking distance from a private pool and the gulf. You're close enough to walk to Seaside (only 2 miles away) but away from the hectic, high traffic area. The surrounding community is very relaxed and private. The views on the listing do not do it justice! The property was well maintained, very spacious and open- great for a family vacation, or trip with friends. All appliances worked great, we even grilled out a few nights. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great beach vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
