Get away from it all in this hand crafted log home with custom features, log furniture, and a full walk-out lower level, all recently furnished in 2013.
Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, it doesn't get any better than this! Have your family experience all that Granby Ranch has to offer! Enjoy beautiful views of the Rockies from the deck or from the dining table which seats 12 comfortably.
The master bedroom on the main floor has its own balcony, private master bath and a walk-in shower. Enjoy a movie in the spacious great room, or sit by the fire and enjoy a good book.
Take a walk up the log stairs to the second level, 2 more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a futon, and each has a private full bathroom. A bunk bed overlooks the great room from the second floor.
The kitchen, recently painted, has stainless appliances, breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. Your feet will stay warm all winter long with radiant in-floor heating on all 3 floors.
The lower level has another bedroom, with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and private bath. The lower level family room has a flat screen TV and three futons that will sleep everyone comfortably. Enjoy a drink at the bar after a day playing outside!!
A full size washer and dryer in the mud-room off the 3 car heated garage. Plenty of space in the mud-room for all your gear!
