This perfect Ski In/Out condo is situated directly next to the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9. It is also just steps away from Main Street where you can enjoy dining and shop til you drop!
Enjoy all new furniture throughout... including...yes a brand new 'king size bed'! Among the all new furniture is a convertible sofa bed which has an upgraded foam mattress for added comfort! No crazy metal bar down your back! Brand new carpet, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD is also included! Private ski/board locker steps from your room.
Please note the beautiful views of the Peak 6,7,8,9 &10 and the Quicksilver lift while relaxing on the couch, at the breakfast bar and even while preparing a meal.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite tile and pretty much everything you can think of to make all the terrific meals you wish for those cozy nights (or mornings) you stay in! This includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. For the comforts of home, also included are items such as a coffee maker, French press, crock pot, and blender to name a few. We believe you will be truly satisfied with this fully equipped kitchen for all of your culinary needs! City Market can be visited with only a 2 minute taxi ride or shuttle ride away.
The bathroom is made up of 3 private rooms (separate toilet, shower/bath room and sink area). These upgrades include new tile as well as a double vanity, toilet and fixtures. Everything is fresh and new! Also included will be shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. All towels, linens, cozy blankets, etc. are included as well!
Other amenities included are The Village at Breckenridge Health Club which has an indoor/outdoor pool, four outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, workout room and locker room. There is also a heated parking garage to save your windshield wipers from freezing (parking pass required). Summer parking is free. However, there is really no need to even rent a car while staying at the Liftside Condo as we are just steps to the lift, Main Street, and a free shuttle bus stop is located just across the street to get you around Summit County. Round trip shuttles are available to and from the airport as well.
For your days or nights on the town, just cross the street and there you are on Main Street! Various dining experiences available from family to romantic!
We love Eric's Pizza for family night and for romantic dining experience...we really enjoy the Briar Rose for Steak. Also, don't miss all the great shopping that Breckenridge has to offer from tourist shops to one-of-a kind exclusive boutiques. Horse and carriage rides available along Main Street too!

We have stayed in numerous condos at The Village in the past, and this unit is the nicest studio that we've stayed in. We like The Village because of the short walk to the Quicksilver Lift and its close proximity to downtown Breck. A person really does not need a vehicle--the location is perfect!! The owners did a great job on the renovation as the photos attest. The furnishings are upgraded, the kitchen is well stocked, and it is a very comfortable place to stay. We go to Breck frequently, both in the summer and winter, and we will definitely want to stay in this condo in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

this place was fantastic,the best location with the ski lift and town both outside your door, the condo feels like your staying in a brand new unit, completely remodeled with everything new and done very well, the view is incredible facing the peaks, both the bed and the fold out bed were very comfortable, best of all the owner Lori is super nice and very helpful, we plan on staying here again and would highly recommed this to anybody.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Great Location - close to Quicksilver Lift, close to all the restaurants & shops on Main St. We have stayed in this complex several times prior to this but this year was our first time in a "studio" condo since it was just two of us. It was PERFECT ! The unit is newly remodeled with beautiful finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, slate tile floors in kitchen & bathroom. The bed is huge and, while it takes up a lot of space, there was ample room for relaxing in the living room portion of the condo.The wall-mounted flat screen TV was appropriately placed for watching early news & weather while having breakfast at the counter each morning and for our apres ski wine & cheese in the living room after skiing each afternoon. Picking up the keys was a snap and there was no check-in process at the condo. Everything was smooth & easy. The owner of this condo (Lori) is a pleasure to deal with and I could tell she was genuinely concerned with making our stay a warm and comfortable one. Thanks Lori. All in all, this unit is convenient, comfortable, cozy and clean ! What more can you ask for ? Hopefully, we can do this again next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I can't say enough great things about our stay in the studio, but I'd like to start with the owner. Lori was phenomenal in her communication, which was critical due to our last-minute booking. Everything in the condo is basically brand-new thanks to the 2013 remodel. The king bed is super-comfy, and there is a full kitchen including a real oven, four burner stove top, and fairly well-stocked kitchen tools. There is a great couch to watch the snow fall over the mountains, and a bathroom with a tub (starting to become a rarity these days!). Note, this is really a studio (exactly as advertised) so more than two might be tough. OK, the couch is definitely sleepable thanks to all the extra bedding provided. Which reminds me, the bedding was so comfy! The view is nice--most of it is taken up by other buildings if you're sitting on the bed or couch, but if you get close to the window and look higher than the Chateaux and other buildings, it's great. Make sure to get up a bit early to see the reflection of the morning color on Peak 10,9,8,7, and 6--beautiful. The location couldn't be better. You are about a one to two minute walk from Maggie and another minute to the Peak 9 lift, which is where all the ski school lessons meet. Big thanks to Lori for keeping the price reasonable--Breckenridge is becoming a place that is getting out of my price range, so having a reasonably priced place on-site that allows you to skip the $10 turkey sandwich and $5 soda REALLY helps. Note--if you bring a car, add $17 (or so) for a day of parking.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Loved everything about this newly renovated studio. I would say it's perfect for a couple or family with 1 small child. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our ski vacation perfect. Downtown Breck is a block away, we parked our car in the garage and didn't move it the entire week. The indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were most welcome at the end of the day as well! You just can't go wrong.. we can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway.
