Escape to our quiet, private golfer's paradise. You will feel "at home" the minute you step into this charming home in a beautiful community. It is located in Gilberts Number One Rated community, El Dorado Lakes, surrounded by one of the areas finest golf courses, Kokopelli Golf Resort.
You will also have privileges at the Kokopelli Golf courses/restaurant and golf shop. You also have discounts at other fine golf courses in the area.You can email me about the free golf.
There is also a lake for fishing 2 minutes away.
This house is beautifully furnished and recently remodeled, and with comfortable surroundings. The large swimming pool & spa has a western exposure which presents majestic sunsets you can share with that special someone,also has surround sound outside by the pool side, along with a picturesque view of the 11th fairway.
This single level home offers a split floor plan, that puts you in your master suite with king size bed on one side of the house with arcadia doors leading to the pool, while your guests have their own bedrooms w/ queen size beds and tv's in all bedrooms and full bathroom on the other side. Our home is perfect vacation getaway.
Enjoy a home cooked meal in our cozy, fully equipped kitchen or BBQ out back on the gas grill poolside. RELAX under the large covered patio to keep you cool while you take a snooze in a comfortable lounge chair. You can take walks through the golf course at night, it is like being at a resort.
