Guests at Summertree Village say they feel they have "the BEST of both worlds"! The condominium is just a short walk to the hustle-bustle excitement of the sun and surf, but when you are ready for a break, just go home! Once you step into the development, everything changes!
The lush green of the trees and foliage give a serene "resort-like feeling." Meander down the wood-planked paths to the pool - stretch out in the sun or find a shady spot - take your choice! Or get out of the sun altogether and take a dip in the indoor pool or just relax in the hot tub (emptied and cleaned once a week to make it nice for our guests!). There are also two grilling areas for use by guests. Summertree has it all!
When you arrive at the condominium, you will step into a screened porch which is perfect for dumping all of the sandy stuff from the beach and includes a low-hanging clothesline to hang your wet stuff out of sight of neighbors! A fully-equipped kitchen overlooks large dining/living area. The dining table easily seats six to eight and there is a sit-at bar with stools also. Open the nearby "closet" to a wet bar stocked with glasses and a blender - BYOB!
The living room has sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, new VCR, and DVD player. Step through the sliding glass door to cozy second screened-in porch which overlooks the woods - a great place to sip morning coffee, read a book, or have a quiet conversation!
The master bedroom has brand-new, queen-sized bed with attached full bath and your own balcony - one more hideaway if you need time to yourself! The second bedroom has two twin beds with attached full bath with second opening to the living area.
If your vacation includes "multi-generational" family members, this is the condominium for you! Guests enjoy the fact that there are spaces within the condominium to "get away," to read a book, or have a private conversation, yet still have the kids within "earshot" playing in a safe place nearby. With about 1200 square feet of living space, you are not on top of each other! There is room for everybody to enjoy their own activities, if they choose.

Have stayed here during April the last few years. Less than 5 minute walk to the water. Near Apache Pier. Convenient to stores & golf. Nice quiet family area. 15 minutes from airport. Owner is responsive & prompt with return of security deposit.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
