This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath Summer Beach villa is the perfect place to stay during your Amela Island getaway! This Sea Chase villa is located in the exclusive gated Ocean Village community and has everything you need to make this a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
This villa is designed to accommodate a large family or group of friends with its open kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with anything you would need and the open layout and bar area make it great for family meals.
Also take in the great ocean views from the living room and dining area, and enjoy a sunrise or quiet evening on the back patio. The patio is the perfect place to unwind and is equipped with table, chairs, and lounges.
The master bedroom also has ocean views along with a georgeous attached master bath and large walk-in closet. The villa boasts a second bedroom with attached bath and third bedroom with a bath just across the hallway.
This villa is located within 100 steps of one of the two beautiful community pools, and just a few hundred yards from the other. And beach access is just a couple of minutes walk down the boardwalk.
Also enjoy playing tennis on the community courts. 2 lighted courts shaded by giant oaks make for the perfect setting.
As for amenities, Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach has so many things to do for the family. Biking, tennis, golf, beach, kayak, and so many other fun activities. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about a 10 minute drive away with many great restaurants and options for shopping. The marina downtown is the perfect place for an evening sunset.
