Watch the sun set over a beautiful lake teeming with wildlife, including an alligator family. Our fantastic villa is in one of the best positions on Rotonda, with a pool area facing South West and overlooking the lake and golf course. We get sun from mid morning until sundown.
This four bedroom home is an tranquil base for a perfect Florida holiday. The 3000 square foot villa is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for your stay.
We are 20 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and Boca Grande island. There are six golf courses on the Rotonda complex with the magnificent Riverwood, Bobcat Trail and Lemon Bay 20 minutes away. Port Charlotte with its shopping mall and restaurants is 20 minutes drive.
Tampa airport is and hour and a half hours away and a day trip to Busch Gardens is a must. Fort Myers is an hour away, as is Sanibel Island, Sarasota and Longboat Key. You can even reach Miami in just over two and a half hours.
There is a large private pool with a hot tub (extra charge). The villa is very spacious with a family area for the children and three dining areas, including outside by the pool. The two main bedrooms have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom The fourth bedroom has a regular double bed and use of the poolside bathroom.
To keep you entertained there are three TVs, all with satellite, DVD and video plus a mini hi-fi system.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We have used our Florida home for both our family and our friends. We use Rotonda as a base whilst visiting other areas of the USA. For example we have started our trips in New York, Washington and New Orleans and driven down for a stay at our home.
We also use it for our annual golf tour and with up to eight fellow golfers have played over 30 courses in the area.
We love the restaurants, beaches and the enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. We are far enough away from the hurly burly of Miami and Orlando to appreciate this corner of Florida.

We are an English family living in the Midlands. We have owned our villa for 5 years and really enjoy visiting Rotonda.
It is becoming our home from home and we hope to spend more time there in the future.
